| Under the guidance of the scientific development concept,it is of great practical significance to conduct theoretical and practical research on the construction of high-level basketball teams in Chinese colleges and universities.This study was based on the reality demand,with the aid of the concept of scientific development theory,system theory and path dependence theory research,as well as the school sports study,sports management,sports team construction and development of organizational behavior perspective and point of view,with the objective reality of rich material,from the university high level basketball team player recruitment,cultural education,several aspects such as special training,career planning,to the present construction of ordinary university high level basketball team and development objective and detailed analysis and discussion,for the relevant departments to develop a more perfect university high level basketball team construction scheme to provide a theoretical reference and reference,It enriches the current system and methods for the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities in China,and makes theoretical and practical contributions to further promote the cultivation of outstanding competitive talents and the comprehensive development of school basketball.This study uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method,case study method,field observation and logic analysis,with 588 ordinary university high level basketball players in active service,retired 308 ordinary university high level basketball athlete,54 ordinary university high level basketball coaches and 37,head of the ordinary university high level basketball team as a questionnaire survey,With 20 ordinary university high level basketball team coaches and four Chinese men's professional basketball league in the related staff,five current and five former university high level basketball athlete,researchers at the university basketball team personnel or 10 U.S.as interview object,on the concept of scientific developmentperspective of ordinary university high level basketball team construction problems are analyzed and the research,research conclusions are as follows:(1)Target positioning of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universitiesIn terms of national level goal positioning,only a few schools have included national level goals into the goal system of high-level basketball team construction in colleges and universities due to the quality of school running and team building time.In terms of target positioning at the provincial,municipal and regional levels,most teams put the construction goal above the school level,but the intermediate level between them--provincial,municipal and regional goals are hardly included in the team construction goal system.In terms of school level goal positioning: under the influence of the "extreme utilitarianism" thought of most high-level college basketball teams at present,the goal of the team at the school level is more inclined to bring benefits to the school rather than serve the students.In terms of the positioning of athletes' hierarchical goals,the simple goal of "improving athletes' competitive level" affects the comprehensive development of athletes.(2)The enrollment system of high-level basketball teams in ordinary colleges and universitiesIn terms of enrollment forms,China's high-level basketball teams are mainly divided into high-level athletes and students majoring in sports training.Enrollment: the number of players each team can supplement each year is very limited;In terms of enrollment source,it is mainly composed of ordinary high school players with relatively poor comprehensive competitive ability.In terms of enrollment basis: on the premise of athletes' level certificates,special skills should be emphasized while cultural knowledge should be neglected.Enrollment time: sports training students are relatively fixed,but the enrollment time of high-level athletes is not fixed,which has a great impact on students' study and life schedule.(3)Cultural education of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universitiesMajor choice: the number of people choosing between sports major and non-sports major is basically equal.In terms of course learning form,pre-competition training and normal classes are the main forms,but some first-rate colleges and universities do not takeany form of training suspension;In terms of extracurricular learning time: due to the impact of the amount of training on students' extracurricular learning energy and lack of good learning habits,high-level basketball players in colleges and universities have less learning time in extracurricular culture.In terms of learning management form,it is mainly based on collective teaching and lacks of class teaching for basketball players.Academic performance: the overall academic performance is poor,the general athletes have failed behavior.(4)Special training for high-level basketball teams of colleges and universitiesTraining frequency and time: training frequency and time are relatively large,which consumes too much time and energy of athletes and affects the study of cultural courses and participation in other school activities.In terms of training methods: currently,coaches of high-level college basketball teams choose training methods on the basis of diversity,but athletes' satisfaction is low.Training motivation: satisfaction is ideal,but the lack of consideration for long-term development of athletes leads to low satisfaction of demand of some athletes.In terms of training incentive mechanism,all teams adopted the strategy of combining material reward with spiritual reward,but it was unreasonable for some teams to take credit as the incentive mechanism.Coaches: at present,the age structure of coaches of high-level college basketball teams is relatively reasonable,but their educational level,professional title and sports experience are not ideal,and they lack high-level training and learning at home and abroad.(5)Venues and facilities for high-level basketball teams of colleges and universitiesIn terms of venue type and quantity allocation,the configuration of venues can basically meet the requirements of training and participation,but the number still needs to be further improved.Functional venue configuration: the overall situation is not ideal,especially in the rehabilitation physiotherapy room,bathroom,data analysis room equipped with big problems;In terms of the configuration of training facilities: the configuration of rehabilitation physiotherapy facilities,training monitoring facilities and scientific research analysis facilities is not ideal;Venue management subject: the logistics department is the main management subject of venue facilities,which will cause some problems for the convenience of the team in the use of venue facilities.(6)Comprehensive guarantee for high-level basketball teams of colleges and universitiesPolicy security: national policies lack effective targeting,school policy security is not perfect,financial,employment,examination policy security strength is poor;Financial security: the annual appropriation is about 500,000 yuan,but the expense reimbursement procedure is relatively complicated;Scientific research security: physiological and biochemical monitoring equipment,training and recovery equipment configuration is insufficient,scientific research personnel and scientific research technology training is poor;Security: almost all high level basketball teams in colleges and universities are subjectively lack of attention to security;Medical security: sports injury recovery equipment and sports fatigue recovery equipment is insufficient,medical staff with poor cooperation.(7)Retirement draft and employment planning of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universitiesIn terms of the retired draft,there are deviations in the draft objects,disconnection between the target and the form,the rookie salary system to be improved,disconnection between the training mode of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities and the draft system,and the system of youth teams in professional clubs hindering the draft of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities.The planning of the employment,the employment rate is higher but is poorer,lack of employment orientation degree of professional counterparts for the idea of the overall situation of country and social services,employment way present diversified characteristics,employment is given priority to with schools in the province and the southeast coastal areas,the employment unit is poor due to athletes and cultural knowledge and professional skills to master more and choose the number of private enterprises and self-employed and poor job satisfaction.(8)Competition mechanism of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universitiesCUBA participating purpose: some schools simply regard the score as the goal of the competition,and there is alienation in the purpose of team training and construction.In terms of performance requirements,most teams' schools have clearly set performance requirements.In terms of reward mechanism,the number of teams in terms of scholarshippriority and material rewards is also relatively large.In terms of match satisfaction: the coaches of the high-level basketball teams in universities have a poor overall satisfaction with CUBA matches.On this basis,the paper puts forward the construction and development strategies of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities from the perspective of scientific development view:(1)Construction and development of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities from the perspective of scientific development viewThe high-level basketball teams of colleges and universities should reflect the level difference in the target positioning.The high-level basketball teams of colleges and universities should avoid utilitarianism in their target positioning.The high-level basketball teams of colleges and universities take the comprehensive development of athletes as the standard in their target positioning.The basic way for the high-level basketball teams of colleges and universities to achieve their goals.(2)Construction and development of high-level basketball team enrollment system in colleges and universities from the perspective of scientific development viewRefine the quota of enrollment,and strengthen the combination of enrollment and team construction.The assessment method of grade division is optimized,gradually tilting towards the direction of data-oriented assessment of competitive
