In the process of mining, mine flood is one of the main disasters of mine production. There are a variety of reasons, due to the existing drainage capacity is insufficient, which will cause working surface shutdown, even flood wells. When this situation happens, effective measures must be taken promptly. according to?The mine flood disaster prevention and treatment planning?, the rescue headquarters was established, select suitable drainage devices and facilities, and quickly install these devices, to achieve the purpose of drainage as soon as possible, orderly coordinate secondary departments of all levels to prepare for materials required, always ready for the rescue battle.Firstly, the paper studies the decision support system that meets the actual needs of mine drainage emergency rescue and disaster relief, which provides technical support for the rapid development of drainage emergency rescue and disaster relief implementation program, then develop the quick installation system of drainage emergency rescue and disaster relief, to improve the speed of drainage emergency rescue and disaster relief, finally, the paper studies the working condition monitoring system of the drainage emergency rescue and disaster relief system. Besides, a lot of theoretical analysis and experimental study of the static and dynamic characteristics of the part of installation equipments have been made in the paper, which provides a theoretical basis for drainage facilities installation. At last, I hope, through the study, it will help minimize the loss of affected mine, do my modest to help the mine to resume production as soon as possible to.
