The non-metallic porous amorphous silic minerals including porous amorphous silicon, diatomite filter aid and opal as supporter were prepared the photocatalytic composite materials of TiO2/minerals. Through orthogonal experiments and one-factor experiments, the optimization conditions for preparation of Ti02/porous amorphous silicon, TiO2/diatomite filter aid and Ti02/opal were obtained. Under conditions of same amount of supporter, calcination temperature and the degradation of rhodamine B, the influences of supporter types on the photocatalytic capability of TiO2/minerals material were analyzed by examinations and tests in many aspects. The compound of the the degradation mixture of rhodamine B, minerals composition and component, structure, topography, surface functional group and surface elements were analyzed by LC-MS, XRD, SEM, TEM, AFM, FT-IR and XPS, besides, the difference properties and the effect mechanism on the photocatalytic capability of these three photocatalytic composite materials were compared and investigated.
