On the basis of defining the unsafe behaviors, this thesis proposes six links that form the unsafebehaviors of the coal mine workers and the model of formation mechanism by combining with theKABP Model, human behavioral model and behavior cognitive process. By applying the accidentcausation theory and through the domestic casualty accident statistics of coal mine from2003to2013, this thesis theoretically analyzes the influencing factors of coal mine workers' unsafebehaviors from four aspects and puts forward a factor collection that consists of27targets. Throughestablish the questionnaire, factor analysis is adopted to extract seven key common factors and targetsystem of the influencing factors on unsafe behaviors is established. On this basis, empirical researchand analysis are conducted on the interaction and influence path of the unsafe behaviors, and SEMmodel of the influencing factors that leading to the coal mine workers' unsafe behaviors isestablished. It is concluded that safe climate has the maximum total effect on unsafe behaviors andsafety cognition has the maximum direct effect on unsafe behaviors. Finally, the behavioral safetymanagement system for coal mine workers which has unsafe behavior management, hidden riskmanagement, risk early warning, on-line learning and test function is developed to pre-control andmanage the unsafe behaviors of the coal mine workers. |
