Heterocyclic compounds with unique physiological and pharmacological activities,are widely founded in the framework of natural products and medicine molecules.In addition,heterocyclic compounds show good inhibition effect on the metal corrosion.Therefore,the methodology development for the construction of heterocyclic compounds is significantly important in both academic value and potential application.In recent years,oxidative cycloaddition of olefins has become an effective method for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds.This work study on umpolung strategy for synthesizing heterocyclic compounds of olefins using iodides as oxidant reagents,and the metal anticorrosion property of heterocyclic products.This work mainly includes the following three aspects of research of content:(1)Aminothiocyanation of unactivated alkenes was achieved to synthesize a series of SCN-containing pyrrolidine,piperidine and indoline derivatives,when low toxic sodium thiocyanate acted as thiocyanating reagent,available iodine as oxidant reagent,and ethyl acetate as solvent.A possible mechanism approach was proposed by LC-MS analysis and control experiments.In addition,the structure of product was testified by X-ray diff raction analysis.The reaction condition was mild,transition metal catalyst was free,and the substrate tolerate a wide range of functional groups.(2)Aminoxygenation of activated olefins was achieved to synthesize a series of anti tricyclic morpholine derivatives,when iodobenzene diacetate acted as oxidant reagent,methyl tertiary butyl ether as solvent.The study of stereochemistry showed that transformation of Z-alkene was inhibited,which was interpreted by density functional theory calculations on Z-and E-transition state models.In addition,the structure of anti cycloaddition product was testified by X-ray diff raction analysis.This transformation provided a simple and efficient method for synthesizing containing tricyclic morpholine compounds.(3)Electrochemical impedance,polarization curve,scanning electron microscope and contact angle were employed to study the anticorrosive effect of SCN-containing pyrrolidine derivative and tricyclic morpholine derivative on copper in 0.5 M sulfuric acid solution.The experimental results showed that tricyclic morpholine derivative could effectively inhibit the corrosion of copper in 0.5 M sulfuric acid solution.This compound was demonstrated as a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor and simultaneously corrosion reaction of the cathode and anode of copper electrode.
