Research On Benefit Accounting And Benefit Improvement Of Forest Ecosystem In Yichun State-Owned Forest Region

Ecosystem is the foundation of human civilization and existence.In order to maintain the forever balance between human and nature,we need to focus on protecting ecological environment;developing productivity;as well as promoting ecological civilization.As an open yet complicated natural resource which benefits not only our society,but also our economy,and ecosystem as a whole,the forest system has proven its importance without a doubt.How to make use of the comprehensive benefits of forests has become a topic of common concern in the theoretical and academic circles.In addition,thanks to the implementation stop-logging policy in state-owned forest areas,our country’s forest resources have begun to shift from exploiting to preserving.At the current stage,how to promote the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" and how to accelerate the transformation of ecological advantages into economic advantages in state-owned forest areas have become key concerns of top decision-makers.As the current forest ecosystem value has not yet been included in the national economic accounting system,the research in this article will no longer discuss pure theoretical issues such as the characteristics,functions,significance and development prospects of the forest ecosystem value.Instead,the research object is defined at the level of"forest ecosystem benefit improvement" that has both theoretical and practical significance.The"improvement of forest ecosystem benefits"studied in this article is based on the"two mountains theory",with the goal of realizing forest ecological value conversion and value appreciation.Through a series of research methods such as value evaluation,empirical analysis,intermediary effect,and system simulation,the author intended to fully interpret the scientific and practical approach of the"Two Mountain Theory" to realize the sustainable development of forest ecology,economy and society in state-owned forest areas.There are three main points discussed in this article:Firstly,we will discuss the comprehensiveaccounting benefit of forest ecosystem in Yichun State-owned Forest Region.After a complex descriptive analysis of the forest resources and economic status in Yichun State-owned forest region,we have found a series of potential glitches.While evaluating 2018 data,we have made the following observations:In 2018,the total value of the comprehensive benefits was 44.251 billion yuan;of which the economic benefit was 21.286 billion yuan;the ecological benefit was 8.455 billion yuan;and the social benefit was 14.51 billion yuan.The evaluation result has been used as the data basis for our empirical analysis conducted in this article.Secondly,we will analyze the systemfor both impacting and improving overall benefits of the ecosystem.As a start,we examined factors including natural attributes of the forest resources;investment structures;economic industry structures;labor forces;and mediating variables.With the help of variable intercept panel regression method,we then set the economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological benefits of the forest ecosystem as dependent variables;the forest age structure,industrial structure,forestry investment,forest protection,and the number of forest tourists as the independent variables to test the marginal effects of different factors on the benefits of the forest ecosystem.In evaluating the inner law of the forest ecosystem,we used forest economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological benefits as intermediary variables and reached the following conclusions:The improvement of forest ecological benefits and social benefits can drive the improvement of forest economic benefits.State-owned forest areas should give priority to improving forest ecological benefits and social benefits.Based on our research,we suggest using interest-related theories to build a mechanism that drives the benefits of forest ecosystems in state-owned forest areas to achieve a balance among government,state and society.By balancing the interests of all parties,information disclosure,rewards and compensation mechanisms,and restraint mechanisms,the optimal development model of government-led,state-owned forest area ecological management,and social public participation can be realized.Thirdly,we will list some strategies to improve the benefits of forest ecosystem in Yichun State-owned Forest Region.Based on the requirements and actual situation of the ecosystem,we have listed several suggestions to solve the problems involved.in government policies,management systems,innovations,and industry layout.We believe these suggestions can better realize the value-added benefits of the forest ecosystem and promote the coordinated development of forestry economy,society and ecology.All in all,this article should servea better purpose in the following three aspects:improving benefit evaluation methods for forest ecosystem;affecting inner mechanism;and reconstructing benefit enhancement system.Ultimately,It should provide targeted and reference value research results for the improvement of forest ecosystem benefits in Yichun State-owned Forest Region.
