As a development mode of chemical industry,chemical industrial park(CIP)has gradually realized normalization in various countries.The park development of petroleum and chemical industry will inevitably lead to a high concentration of hazard sources.In addition,the CIP is characterized by intensive capital,technology,and personnel,which objectively causes the CIP to be in a high-risk state.In addition to reducing the possibility of accidents from the aspect of intrinsic safety,it is also necessary to strengthen the emergency decision-making ability of accidents in order to minimize casualties and property losses,and reduce the negative impact of society.The emergency response of CIP has the spatial-temporal characteristics of dynamic and hierarchical emergency decision-making,as well as conflict and collaboration of emergency rescue and evacuation.In different emergency response stages,the road network of CIP is in the state of synchronous heterogeneous activities such as emergency rescue and emergency evacuation.Only considering the emergency decision of an agent in a specific emergency response stage can not provide comprehensive support for the emergency decision-making of CIP.At present,most researches only consider the emergency decision-making of the emergency response stage inside CIP,but lack the analysis of the emergency decision-making in the whole process of emergency response.In order to improve the effect of emergency response,Multi-Agent emergency decision-making model and intelligent decision-making technology are studied.The detail researches are carried out as follows:(1)Research on intelligent decision-making mechanism of emergency in CIP.From the perspective of the whole process of emergency response,the collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making mechanism in CIP is constructed around the emergency intelligent decision-making object,the emergency intelligent decision-making system,the emergency intelligent decision-making content and the Multi-Agent information sharing and cooperation.On the basis of four levels of emergency response,the whole process stage division criteria applicable to emergency response of CIP is studied,and the Multi-Agent decision object is defined.The collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making based on the hybrid Multi-Agent system in CIP is constructed;the content of collaborative Multi-Agent emergency decision-making in CIP is clarified;The collaborative Multi-Agent modle based on the whole process of emergency response is studied,and the information flow and sharing mechanism of each agent in different emergency response stages is proposed.(2)Research on building collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decisionmaking model in CIP.Based on collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decisionmaking system in CIP,an intelligent decision-making model system is constructed around emergency decision-making layer,emergency task layer and emergency execution layer;For the emergency task execution layer,the Multi-Agent intelligent decision-making models are established respectively for the emergency response stage inside the enterprises,the emergency response stage inside CIP and the collaborative emergency response stage both inside and outside CIP.Based on the Agent-based model,the emergency decision-making model of the emergency response stage inside the enterprises is constructed.Combined with the conflict and collaboration of emergency response in CIP,the Multi-Agent intelligent decision-making models of the emergency response stage inside CIP and the collaborative emergency response stage both inside and outside CIP are constructed,which can realize multiple optimization objectives and constraints such as intelligent obstacle avoidance and multi-source and multisink on the premise of ensuring evacuation and driving safety.(3)Research on the optimization method of collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making in CIP.The evacuation experiment and simulation are carried out,and the evacuation rules of the emergency response stage inside the enterprises are explored.The intelligent decision-making of the emergency response stage inside the enterprises is calculated on the basis of modifying the Agent-based model parameters.The abstract model of the actual environment of CIP is constructed,and the real environment is abstracted as a data grid model,which is characterized by quantitative parameters.Aiming at the collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making model,the improved optimization algorithm based on Dijkstra,GA and ACO is established,and the most suitable algorithm is selected for decision generation;The Dijkstra algorithm is used to analyze the case of emergency intelligent decision-making in the emergency response stage inside CIP and the collaborative emergency response stage both inside and outside CIP,and to visualize the driving route,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model and the reliability of the algorithm.(4)Development and research of collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making system in CIP.Combined with the information sharing and collaboration relationship of Multi-Agent in the three stages of emergency response in CIP,the overall framework of collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making system of CIP is built and the functional structure of the system is designed.The secondary development based on Java is adopted,and the information collaborative sharing technology of Spring Boot+ Spring MVC + My Batis is used to develop the system,so as to realize the intelligent solution of emergency decision in three stages of emergency response in CIP and the visual presentation of multi-source and multi-sink routes.The online map API is used to read the shared information,and the system can be applied to any CIP to improve the universality of the system.Combined with the concept of situation construction,the intelligent emergency decisions of three stages of emergency response in the worst accident consequence scenario of each enterprise are calculated and embedded into the emergency decision case database of the system to realize the visualization of the decision.(5)A case study on the engineering application of collaborative Multi-Agent emergency intelligent decision-making system in CIP.The decision-making system is applied to a CIP,and a typical production safety accident is taken as the accident scene for the case engineering application.An emergency rescue experiment is conducted to deduce the driving route of emergency rescue vehicles and the speed of emergency rescue vehicles.On the basis of experiment data,the system is used to optimize decision-making,and the emergency rescue route of typical actual accident emergency response is compared with the emergency intelligent decision-making under orderly response after optimization of the application system.The scientificity and rationality of the system in providing decision support for emergency managers in the park during accidents are analyzed.
