Quite a number of major coal mine safety accident is occurred in the fully mechanized coal face,the system of fully mechanized coal face including complex factors such as operating personnel,shearer and other equipment,roof geological structure and so on.Safety accidents has the characteristics of randomness,multiple,sudden,which is a typical complex system,and the normal operation of the system for mine safety in production has great significance.In this paper,the complex system theory is introduced into the fully mechanized coal mining face.Through analyzing the case of the typical safety accidents in the fully mechanized coal mining face,four secondary factors and 22 tertiary factors are extracted to construct explaining structure and structural equation model.Four hierarchical structure was constructed to study the effects of various vulnerability factors of effectiveness and mutual influence.It is showed that various influence factors on system security is different,influence between factors is not the same.Complex system of fully mechanized coal face is composed of human reasone,quipment factors,environmental factors,management factors.The vulnerability model of four subsystems of the system is established.Control state equation model is established to get the trend of the time domain characteristics of vulnerability.The paper has studied the evolution mechanism of single vulnerability factor in accordance with subsystem fragility and the vulnerability of each subsystem in accordance with the system fragility.Using RBF artificial neural network to establish a complex system vulnerability assessment model for fully mechanized coal mining face.To overcome neural network easily trapped in local minimum,using the quantum genetic algorithm to the weights of neural network model(threshold)optimization.According to the characteristics of the mining complex system,a control strategy based on improved ring coupling to control system’s vulnerability.A multi-level vulnerability management and control mechanisms is proposed to improve the level of organization and management,security prevention and control mechanism,unsafe behavior control mechanisms,device management and security system and operating environment governance are established to effectively control the safe of fully mechanized face.In this paper,the complex system theory is used to study the mechanism of the vulnerability of fully mechanized coal mining face.The research of the subject has important theoretical and practical significance to ensure the safe production of coal mine and improve the safety evaluation theory of coal mine.
