| Long-term pesticides exposure by low-dose may have a negative impact on human health.In this paper,Accordi ng to environmental epidemiology,the pesticide residues of vegetables in Beiji ng,Taiyuan and Xinzhou were studied.And the levels of three pyrethroid metabolites and 18 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in urine samples of coronary heart disease,gastric cancer,breast cancer patients and healthy people in Taiyuan and Xinzhou were analyzed.And the correlation between pesticides exposure and chronic diseases were studied.The survey involved 143 samples of 18 kinds of vegetables.29 kinds of different pesticides were detected,includi ng 15 kinds of insecticides,three kinds of herbicides and 11 kinds of fu ngicides.There are four kinds of pesticides are forbidden in China,includi ng phorate,phytophosphate,carbofuran and chlordimeform.The highest proportion of samples with pesticide detection is garlic,carrots,pepper and spinach,around 100%;the vegetable which has the highest ratio of more than five simultaneously detected pesticides is garlic yellow,around 50%;and the vegetable whic h has the highest ratio of residualpesticides over MRL is garlic yellow,the proportion of 75%.At the same time it is worth noti ng that from the perspective of pesticide residues,the bulk vegetables is better than boutique vegetables.In general,the quality of samples in Beiji ng is highest,it may be because,compared with the other cities,Beiji ng has better inspection and quarantine work,and more stri ngent pesticide supervision.In the study of the correlation between pesticide exposure and the risk of coronary heart disease,the OR and 95%confidence intervals of cis-CDDA,trans-CDDA,3-PBA,total metabolites with coronary heart disease were ORT3vsT1=6.86;95%CI:2.76-17.06;ORT3vsT1=6.94;95%CI:2.80-17.19;3-PBA:ORT3vsT1=3.62;95%CI:1.48-8.88;ORT3vsT1=4.55;95%Cl:1.80-11.54.And the trend p values of all indicators were less than 0.05,indicati ng that the total metabolites and the three pyrethroids metabolites in urine was positively correlated with the risk of coronary heart disease.There was no evidence that pyrethroids and organochlorine pesticide exposure could increase the risk of gastric cancer in this study.For non-invasive breast cancer,the OR value of hexachlorobenzene is ORT3vsT1=3.84;95%CI:1.50-9.82,the trend p value is less than 0.05,indicati ng a stro ng positive correlation with non-invasive breast cancer;the OR values of hexachlorobenzene and(?)HCHs were ORT3vsT1=6.25;95%CI:2.39-16.35,ORT3vsT1=2.41;95%CI:1.05-5.52 respectively,and p value for trend is less than 0.05,indicati ng an increase of the risk of invasive breast cancer.The OR values of trans-CDDA in non-invasive breast cancer group and invasive breast cancer group were ORT3vsT1=19.93;95%CI:4.95-80.32;ORT3vsT1=14.55;95%CI:4.45-47.61,indicated a stro ng positive correlation with both category of breast cancers.In order to develop biomarkers correlated with the cha nge of the environment in the human body,the cha nge of steroids metabolome in the saliva samples of Chinese students before and after livi ng in the United States were studied.75 different steroids were detected in saliva samples.There are five steroids cha nged significantly.The levels of androstenedione and 3-methoxy estriol increased while the levels of pregnenolone,cholesterol-3-SO4 and cholesterol-3-Glu reduced. |
