The cultivation of the humanistic spirit of medical students in the new era is an important part of the moral education of medical schools,which is not only related to the growth and success of and medical style and medical ethics,cultivate medical ethics,practice benevolent surgery,have a heart to save suffering,be a great doctor,and strive to provide the people with more quality and efficient health services" and a series of important assertions.This is a series of important assertions that provide strategic guidance and values for the cultivation of humanistic spirit among examines the current situation of humanistic cultivation of medical students in the context of Health China proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era,summarizes the achievements and analyzes the challenges based on this study.Through the investigation of the countermeasures for the cultivation of humanistic spirit of medical students,countermeasures for the cultivation of humanistic spirit of medical students are proposed.The article uses comparative research method,literature research method,survey research method,comprehensive research method and other research methods,according to the conceptual interpretation-theoretical basis and reference-current situation examinationproblem and cause analysis-external practice-countermeasure research The main four issues are studied in the lineage of rationalization.Firstly,based on the principles of ideological and political education,the research content of medical students’ humanistic spirit and the cultivation of medical students’ humanistic spirit in the new era studied in this paper is elucidated and defined.The conceptual boundary and connotation are framed for the study of humanistic spirit cultivation of medical students in the new era.The article considers that the cultivation of humanistic spirit of medical students includes ideological and moral education,literary and artistic cultivation education,physical and mental health education,and career education.At the same time,the main functions of humanistic spirit cultivation for medical students are discussed.Secondly,based on the awareness of problems,with the purpose of"finding problems and asking questions",the article examines the current situation of cultivating humanistic spirit among medical students,and analyzes the problems faced by cultivating humanistic spirit among medical students by using the empirical data such as sample selection,questionnaire design and questionnaire summary,and explores the constraints affecting the cultivation of humanistic spirit among medical students in the new era.It discusses the constraints and causes that affect the cultivation of humanistic spirit among medical students in the new era,and discusses the necessity and urgency of cultivating humanistic spirit among medical students in the new era,which in turn can lay the research foundation for proposing cultural atmosphere and supplying quality policy system guarantee,etc.The proposed countermeasures in this part are not only derived from the relevant theoretical foundation,but also benefit from the external mirror,and based on the humanistic spirit of medical students analysis of countermeasures for the investigation of cultivation status.As potential doctors,the cultivation of medical students’ humanistic spirit is a necessary hurdle to strengthen the construction of medical ethics and medical style.Needless to say,strengthening the cultivation of medical students’ humanistic spirit has important theoretical and practical significance.The research on the cultivation of medical students’ humanistic spirit should not only be committed to theoretically clarifying the restrictive factors of doctor-patient relationship,but also build a socialist society in an all-round way in the new era Under the background of modern country and healthy China,deeply explore the humanistic
