Visualization And Interaction Of Medical Knowledge In Health Assessment

This study aims to apply visualization technology of health assessment practice to improve the display,storage,transmission and editing of medical knowledge in health information system.The proposed method can make the maintenance of medical knowledge more intuitive,simple,and facilitate the visual representation and interactive editing of medical knowledge,which reduces the human-computer interaction difficulty of health experts to some extent.In particular,the software invented can assist physicians to edit and maintain health knowledge by themselves,which means the health knowledge will be directly handed over to the computer for execution.It is no longer necessary for programmers to understand the complex medical knowledge before coding,which reduces unnecessary communication costs,improve the efficiency of medical knowledge maintenance in health information system,and help health experts to play really important roles in the process of health informatization.In this study,we first anaylized the classification and characteristics of health information using large number of historical health data and developed a text segmentation method based on character statistics and information measurement,which is good for visualization and analysis of health information preparasion.In order to sort out the medical knowledge of health assessment requriment,eight health assessment schemes were developed and visualized based on the clinical concept and consensus.Futuremore,we summarized a rule base of general inspection in health examination and implemented a program for automatic general inspection.In particular,this study proposed a genome-wide genetic risk prediction model based on family data,and developed a GUI application named Gene Lab,which could call the function of C++and R language,and greatly improved the research efficiency.This study developed a knowledge visualization system named Sissi Expression,using C# programming language and WPF related technologies.Medical knowledge was abstracted and modeled as expression,which implemented the visualization of medical knowledge,interactive editing and debugging,XML file format serialization and deserialization,and lightweight and convenient interface call.In the end,this study applied and evaluated the knowledge visualization tool in two application scenarios.One was the visualization and interactive edting of regular expresson for visual cleaning of health examination data,and the other was the construction and application of knowledge graph network of final inspection in health examination.RESULTS:This study has implemented and verified visualization and interactive editing of medical knowledge in the practice of health assessment.Visualization and interactive editing of regular expression enabed the visual cleaning of health examination data.The tool was easy to learn and use.In practice,each expert was trained for 30 minutes,immediately and 3 days later,there were 9 and 8 out of 10 doctors who could use the system to edit simple regular expressions.Without using the system,only 3 and 1 doctor could write simple regular expressions even with reference guildance.During the interaction process,13 kinds of data problems were found.Corresponding 13 pairs of regular expressions and replacement expressions were written,plus three basic matching patterns,totally in 36 minutes.After the regular expressions were set,the whole cleaning process took 3.65 seconds,with 179 kinds of 971 data corrected and verified.The medical knowledge graph network presented has the characteristics of intelligence,high efficiency and personalized final inspection in health examination.Evaluated by the 20 experts and 200 customers,the graph network system is easier to use than the traditional health examination system(p < 0.05).The new system was significantly higher than the original in terms of medical knowledge maintenance functionality(p < 0.01),and significantly better about work efficiency,with higher expert and customer scores(p < 0.01).The results of this study have been applied in some health information systems.CONCLUSION:This study realized the visualization and interactive editing of medical knowledge,applied and verified it in the practical work of health assessment.It shows that through the visual representation and interactive editing,medical knowledge visualization enables health experts to maintain medical knowledge independently in WYSIWYG(what you see is what you get)mode,without writing program code,and directly pass the knowledge over to the computer for execution,so as to realize the reasonable division and decoupling of tasks and reduce unnecessary communication costs with programmers.In a word,medical knowledge visualization can help to alleviate the human-computer interaction obstacles of health experts,help them make better use of their professional knowledge,and play their deserved important role in the health informationization domain.
