The world is in a great change situation that has not happened in a century: the new technological revolution has brought about the development of production,and the world economic order is facing reconstruction;populism and the new epidemic situation have impacted on European and American politics,and the process of globalization is facing a counter current.The changes in the world affect China’s changing situation.China is in the unprecedented great change situation in a thousand years: first,the social structure has changed from agricultural society to industrial society,and China has become a manufacturing power whose domestic market can not bear its own production capacity.The economic structure determines that China must be open and open-minded,so as to promote the world’s recognition of Chinese culture,and then enhance the world’s recognition of Chinese products;the second is the world China’s China is one belt,one road China is moving towards the center of the world stage.In view of the "confronting competition" of "Thucydides trap",China has broken through the zero sum game thinking and put forward the win-win concept of "the community of human destiny",and has made a clear and clear effort to promote the construction of global public goods along the whole road,China and the world.With the rapid development of information technology,the platform of global cultural exchange presents the tendency of network social media.In the past,the cross-cultural communication theory mainly based on mass communication theory and the current interpersonal,organizational,and big The practice of information diffusion and exchange,which is seamless and integrated with mass and international communication,is not suitable and needs innovation and development.How to do a good job in the external dissemination of Chinese culture in the great changes?
