Ecocriticism Perspective Of Modern Chinese Children’s Literature Studies

The ecological crisis has increasingly exacerbated people’s existential anxieties,while modern scientific programme in solving it haven’t achieved immediate results yet.Considering that ecocriticism and eco-culture have become an important way for human beings to explore therapy and rescue themselves in the spiritual field.Ecocriticism transcends the boundaries of country,region and race,and under the situation of globalization grows,the dialogue and exchange of ecocritical ideas between Eastern and Western countries are becoming much more frequent: adhering to the value orientation of the common interests of human destiny,then seek for the win-win of ecological civilization across cultures.Modern Chinese children’s literature pays attention to the ecological problems faced by children’s real survival environment,and takes part in the treatment of human spiritual ecology in the way of literature.The contemporary Chinese ecological criticism theory system has become quite mature,but the use of ecological criticism theory to modern Chinese children’s literature has not been systematically combed and studied.We then attempt to combine social ecological problems with individual psychotherapy,to explore the evolution law of ecological aesthetic consciousness of modern Chinese children’s literature,and survey the characteristics of ecological childhood as well.Thus,we may construct the poetics of Chinese childhood’s spiritual ecology.Ecological holism gives “nature” the same independent aesthetic status as“human”,of whom no longer a lyric tool or the object of conquest.“Nature” can attract readers with its own unique beauty,and shape their unique childhood experience and life recognition.Under the dual regulation of social culture and children’s “wild”thinking,the ecological childhood construction of modern Chinese children’s literature has gone through the development of “sense of homeland”,“sense of wilderness” to“sense of planet”.Gradually it has the value orientation of human destiny community,and the literary connotation of “life writing”.The construction of ecological childhood is always close to the reality of childhood life,and at the same time,it connects traditional civilization with modern civilization,human history and cosmic history,so as to put the self-realization of children’s life in a broader “natural” space.On this basis,the poetics of Chinese childhood’s spiritual ecology may be able to actively promote the study of Chinese childhood,to bring the renewal of criticism standards of children’s literature,and to give impetus to the ecological civilization.
