The Theoretical Innovation Of The Communist Party Of China And The Development Of Its Ruling Authority

The ruling authority of the CPC is the recognition and voluntary obedience of the masses to its ruling position,power and will formed in its long-term ruling process,the construction and maintenance of the authority in power is the necessary condition for the CPC to achieve long-term governance and lead the country and society to achieve rapid development,and also the inevitable requirement for building the foundation of national rejuvenation leadership,the consolidation and development of the ruling authority of the CPC is crucial to the future and destiny of the country and the nation.As a Marxist party,the CPC has always maintained the theoretical quality of keeping pace with the times.Since its establishment,in the course of leading the Chinese revolution,construction and reform,the CPC has combined Marxism Leninism with China's specific practice,promoted the rapid development of Marxist Sinicization theory innovation,and formed Mao Zedong Thought and socialism with Chinese characteristics Theoretical system and a series of theoretical innovations of Marxism in China,which promote the continuous optimization of the ruling practice,and then make the ruling authority of the CPC develop continuously in the course of its theoretical innovation.Especially since the reform and opening up,under the guidance of a series of theoretical innovations,the effectiveness of the CPC's governance has been constantly improved,the value and standard system of the party,the country and the society have been continuously developed and improved,and the CPC's authority in power has been continuously consolidated and enhanced in the course of reform and opening up.Studying the development of CPC's theoretical innovation and governing authority since the reform and opening up has important theoretical value for deepening the understanding of the party's governing laws and keeping the guiding ideology of the party advancing with the times.It has great reference for the new era to uphold and strengthen the party's overall leadership,strengthen the party's ruling ability and advanced nature,and continuously deepen the party's ruling authority.This paper adheres to the basic principles of Marxism,with the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology,uses research methods such as text analysis,historical analysis,combination of theory and practice,and system analysis to systematically analyze and study the basic theory of theoretical innovation and ruling authority,and the mechanism between theoretical innovation of the CPC and the development of ruling authority,review the establishment of the ruling authority of the CPC.Taking the history since the reform and opening up as the time axis,this paper makes a systematic study on the remolding,consolidation,expansion and overall promotion of the ruling authority by the theoretical innovation of the CPC since the reform and opening up.On this basis,it analyzes and judges the development of the theoretical innovation and the ruling authority of the CPC in the new era.According to this,this paper mainly discusses from eight parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the background,significance,main research status,as well as the research objectives,contents,methods,ideas and key issues.The first chapter makes a systematic study on the basic theoretical issues of theoretical innovation and ruling authority.Starting from clarifying the relevant concepts of this study,this paper systematically explains and differentiates the concepts of theoretical innovation and ruling authority of the CPC;after a comparative analysis of the concepts of authority,power and legitimacy,the paper embeds the concepts of power and legitimacy to explain the source of political authority,and analyzes the main sources of the ruling authority of the CPC combined with its history.The second chapter discusses the mechanism between the theoretical innovation of the CPC and the development of the ruling authority.After a systematic analysis of the relationship between the theoretical innovation and the ruling practice of the CPC,the paper takes the ruling practice as the connecting carrier,embeds the concepts of non compulsory authority and legitimacy to illustrate the practical elements of the ruling authority,then it makes a systematic analysis of the influence of 18th CPC National Congress.Taking the historical process from the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the CPC to the 18th National Congress of the CPC as the time axis,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the major theoretical innovation of the CPC and the impact of specific theories on the ruling authority during this period.With the continuous efforts of the two generation of central leadership,CPC has continuously promoted reform and scientific development,developed advanced culture and constructed the socialist core value system,built political civilization,implemented the rule of law,kept the party's advanced nature and promoted the party's ruling ability,and finally made its ruling authority enjoy a continuous consolidation and expansion during this period.The sixth chapter systematically analyzes the great improvement of the ruling power of the CPC under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.Taking the historical process since the 18th National Congress of the CPC as the time axis,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the major theoretical innovation of the CPC during this period and the influence of specific theories on the ruling authority.Under the firm leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,the CPC continuously promotes theoretical innovation and optimizes its ruling practice,grasps the pulse of the times,innovates the development concept,condenses the national dream,establishes national self-confidence,persists in comprehensively administering the country according to law,improves the governance system,adheres to the strict administration of the party and strengthens the leadership of the party,so that the ruling authority of the CPC is gained overall improvement.The seventh chapter is based on the analysis of the evolution of the source of the ruling authority of the CPC since the reform and opening up,then the paper systematically analyzes and judges the ways to improve theoretical innovation of the CPC and the ruling authority in the new era.In the new era,the development of the ruling authority of the CPC is facing different challenges.We must keep pace with the times and continue to promote the theoretical innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the guidance of advanced theories,we must lead the all-round economic and social development,realize the modernization of the national governance system,build a solid value foundation for common
