Modern sports is becoming highly, meticulously and difficultly. Many events has been closeto the limit of the human body, outstanding achievements and breakthrough is becomingincreasingly difficult. The traditional training concepts and methods have been more difficult tomeet the sports' development requirements, it is necessary in need of the help of moderntechnological means in exercise training process. The Chinese Water Sports Administrationattaches great importance to the sports science and technology apply in canoe. In recent years,the CWSA investment in science and technology under the leadership of the science andtechnology innovation system, played an important role to raise the level of canoe project.Canoe is a event that need athletes paddle forward, the factors of the game such as theindividual ability of metabolize (such as the phosphoric acid metabolism, glycolysis, aerobicoxidation), the body shape (such as height, weight, and body fat), the body functional status(such as heart rate, heart rate variability), special technical level (such as blade frequency, paddlerhythm, propeller angle), coordinating (such as action sequence, union), each factor of tinychanges are likely to influence the results. Therefore, access, analyze and comprehensiveprocessing these influence factors is very important.This paper uses the methods of literature searching, expert interviewing, observation,experimention, software engineering and mathematical statistics. Beginning from traininginformation of canoe, has demonstrated the acquisition method of the real-time information andthe static information, has demonstrated the camera measurement, error analysis, traininginformation integration, and real-time information's synchronization. On this basis, hasconstructted the Information Integrate and Analysis Platform of National Canoe Team. Achivedthe function of real-time information acquisition, quick analysis and digital control. Using thissystem and auxiliary software analyzed and explained the motion technical analysis,coordinating, relationship between results, paddle frequency and blood lactic acid, results ofdifferent distance and the corresponding metabolic ability, heart rate and heart rate variability indifferent intensity, entire real-time heart rate and heart rate variability, static data monitoring, tosolve the problems existing in training.The conclusions are as follows:(1) The camera measurement methods of canoe includfixed-focus, scan and fixed-focus tracking, corresponding point are3o'clock, between12o'clockand6o'clock,3o'clock.(2) Effect factors of measurement error are accuracy of video camera,rationality of filming scheme and artificial calibration accuracy. error control need more than100mm focal length; object distance need more than65m; rotation angle of fixed-focus shootingneed no moer than3°; frame frequency, the higher the better; as far as possible shooting in clearday.(3) Video cameras synchronous with light and time code, video and heart rate synchronous by clock transportation.(4) The Information Integrate and Analysis Platform of National CanoeTeam has characteristics of a perfect function, accord with canoe event, simple operation anddata sharing convenient; mainly constituted by the functional modules of athlete mangement,video play and analysis, paddle frequency simulation, video and heart rate synchronization andcustom data.(5) The Information Integrate and Analysis Platform of National Canoe Team candiagnosis paddle action, including entry angle, full angle, out angle and paddle rhythm; can makethe paddle frequency curves rapidly; can monitor the real-time heart rate of boating; can monitorthe static data of training.(6) In2011world championship's MK41000final, the data can showsthe gap between CHN and GEM, CHN weak in water grabbing and paddle frequency control,four athletes with different special technology level, but cooperated well.(7) K4's fourth seatpaddle influenced by the last ipsilateral oar's eddy, the solution is to lengthen the oar.
