With the rapid development of social and economic environment and the deepening of education reform,the quality of primary schools has made some achievements,but it still can not meet the requirements of society for high quality education.At present,the overall quality of primary school education needs to be improved,and the phenomenon of unfair education is still conspicuous.Primary schools are faced with great pressure from all walks of life.In order to survive,schools have to explore the ways to improve the quality of running schools continuously.This paper starts from the school quality evaluation and quality management,on the basis of summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad,through the analysis of the concept of quality standard,with the research idea of " Questions—Analysis—Solutions ",then analyzes and evaluates the influence factors of the primary school running quality.In theory,the paper is conducive to further improve the theory of school running quality and expand the research ideas of school running quality evaluation which has high practical reference value for improving the school running quality of the primary schools.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Analyze on the configuration effect of the primary school running quality.Based on the identifying the influence factors of primary school running quality,and the configuration effect of the influence factors of primary school running quality is analyzed by using fs QCA method.The results show that there are four explanation models for high quality in school running and three explanation models for low quality in school running quality.(2)Analyze on the mechanism of the factors influencing the primary school running quality.According to the existing research results,this paper puts forward a conceptual model of the impact mechanism of primary school running quality,and uses SEM method to test and modify the model.Bootstrap method is used to verify the mediating effects of development strategic planning,cooperation and resources,and the implementation of educational activities.Multi-group analysis was used to verify that the moderating effect of primary school teachers' background information on the model was not significant.(3)Construct a comprehensive evaluation model of primary school running quality.Based on the structure of "Input—Expenditure—Output",it constructs the evaluation index system of primary school quality.Then,the improved G1 method and SEM method are used to integrate the weights to build a comprehensive evaluation model of school running quality.It proposes the quality level division and evaluation steps of primary school,and verifies the availability of the model through examples.(4)Propose strategies and suggestions to improve the quality of primary school running.Based on the internal influence factors of primary school running quality,it puts forwards five ways to improve the quality of school running,namely,leadership,development strategic planning,teaching staff construction,cooperation and resources and teaching activities implementation.The paper includes 17 figures,65 tables and 213 references.
