Research On The Education Of Contemporary College Students' Cooperative Consciousness

At present,the development of economic globalization from the political,economic,cultural and many other aspects of deepening the interconnection between different countries and regions,countries and regions in order to common interests and goals all the people need to carry out extensive,lasting and in-depth cooperation.In the face of such profound changes,not seen in a century,since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the important idea of "building a community with a shared future for mankind" from the perspective of the development of human history,the core of which is "win-win cooperation".As an important new force and backbone to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the cultivation of the sense of cooperation among young college students is not only of great significance for them to integrate into the social life as soon as possible in the future and realize their own all-round development,but also of great strategic significance for training them to become qualified builders and successors of socialism.Ideological pluralism and changeable trend in China,ideas and cultural exchange,exchange,exchange growing,in the aspect of young college students' cooperation consciousness cultivation in colleges and universities face a host of new opportunities and challenges,how to start from strategic overall thinking on young college students' cooperation consciousness cultivation,to combine effective cooperation consciousness cultivation and teaching activities,improve the teaching quality of college students' cooperation consciousness cultivation;How to educate and guide college students to deeply understand the connotation and essential characteristics of the cooperative consciousness,enhance the cooperative motivation,and improve the initiative and consciousness of college students' cooperative behavior;How to accurately grasp the current situation of college students' cooperative consciousness,improve the evaluation mechanism of cultivating cooperative consciousness,and so on,these are the major problems that need to be broken through urgently in the cultivation of college students' cooperative consciousness.Starting from the perspective of Marxist theory,this paper deeply studies the basic theoretical problems of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness,systematically analyzes the current situation,existing problems and influencing factors of college students' cooperative consciousness,in order to explore the effective ways of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness and improve the evaluation mechanism of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness.Based on the above ideas,this paper is divided into three parts and five chapters.The specific contents are as follows:The first part explains the basic theoretical problems.This paper mainly focuses on the connotation,essential characteristics and theoretical resources of the cultivation of college students' cooperative consciousness.The first is the explanation of the basic questions about the cooperative consciousness of college students,that is to inquire into the connotation of the cooperative consciousness,the concept,characteristics and significance of the cooperative consciousness.The cultivation of cooperative consciousness is of great significance to contemporary college students to establish correct values,improve their ideological and moral quality and achieve all-round development.The second is the theoretical exploration of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness in the context of ideological and political education.The theoretical root,cultural tradition and practical experience of college students' cooperative consciousness and its cultivation are clarified,so as to provide theoretical support for in-depth interpretation of the root of college students' cooperative consciousness cultivation.The second part is the analysis of current situation,existing problems and influencing factors.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview,the present situation,existing problems and influencing factors of the cooperative consciousness of contemporary college students were explored,in order to provide a realistic basis for effectively exploring the cultivation path of the cooperative consciousness of college students.Contemporary college students cognitive cooperation is in a good condition,most college students can rational look at the relationship between the individual,collective and national interest,but in the real life serving the collective lack of initiative in learning,pay attention to the realization of self-interest,consciousness of cooperation,some college students exist delinked cooperation cognition and behavior.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and survey interview and the existing research results in the academic field,this paper tries to analyze the current situation of college students' cooperative consciousness from the following aspects.First,according to the different nature of cooperation,the cooperation types of college students are divided into mutual assistance cooperation,competition cooperation,utilitarian cooperation and blind cooperation.Secondly,according to the different cooperation subjects,the cooperation types of college students are divided into peer cooperation and teacher-student cooperation.Third,according to the different cooperation intentions of college students,they can be divided into intentional cooperation,spontaneous cooperation,adaptive cooperation and organizational cooperation.The research and analysis of the characteristics of college students' cooperative consciousness aims to accurately grasp the current situation and existing problems of college students' cooperative consciousness,effectively cultivate college students' cooperative consciousness,and improve the cultivation effect of contemporary college students' cooperative consciousness.The formation of college students' cooperative consciousness is influenced by many factors.It is analyzed that the educators,educational content,educational object's own factors,social environment,school education concept and education mode,family education environment and network environment all affect the formation of college students' cooperative consciousness.The third part is the basic conception of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness.It mainly explores the effective path of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness from the theoretical and practical aspects.First,from the theoretical level,it explains the education idea,principle and goal of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness.The educational idea of cultivating college students' cooperative consciousness reflects the thought and spiritual core of cultivating practical activities of cooperative consciousness,including the educational idea of all-round development,shared development and harmonious development.The cultivating principles of cooperation consciousness include equality,honesty,systematicness,collectivism and benefit sharing.The goal of cultivating cooperative consciousness is to cultivate contemporary college students to form collectivism values,to cultivate college students to build community consciousness,and to guide them to realize the unity of knowledge and action.Second,from the practical level,actively explore the practice path of cultivating the cooperative consciousness of contemporary college students.As a kind of social communication activity and behavior,cooperation is not innate,but gradually formed and developed under the guidance of the acquired environment and education.To deeply grasp the cooperative consciousness of contemporary college students and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,it is necessary to play the role of the main channel of ideological and political education,integrate educational resources,identify the reasonable breakthrough point of cultivating the cooperative consciousness,build a cooperative platform and objectively evaluate the effect of cultivating the cooperative consciousness of college students.
