because in the social background at that time,the technical force was relatively scattered,mostly concentrated in the application,and the technical development ability was relatively weak.The construction of modern China’s textile technology system can be divided into three levels,namely the level of theoretical research and dissemination,the level of engineering technology application,and the level of production process standardization.However,due to the limitation of the historical conditions at that time,the educational level of the main practitioners of textile technology varied greatly,which limited the level and quality of the construction of the technical system to a large extent.It can be noted that the main body of the construction of the modern textile technology system was still mainly textile enterprises at the time,and the system of government,enterprises,schools and social interaction had not yet been formed.(2)Research on textile technology innovation in modern China from the perspective of modern Chinese silk weaving industryAlthough the silk weaving industry in modern China once lost its leading position after the Opium War,in the complex international and domestic socio-economic environment,and the throes of transformation of machine production instead of handicraft production,it has never lost the spirit of self-improvement and pursuit.The introduction of the world’s advanced technology has promoted the innovation of silk products in terms of raw materials,processes,products and uses.As a result,the creation of new products has been realized by using technological innovation as a tool.The introduction of Western technology has not destroyed the original technology.Instead,the innovation of products and processes has been realized for the purpose of improving production methods,setting clarified product standards,promoting market expansion and economic construction.Modern Chinese textile technology innovation is mainly opportunities and development opportunities,and help governments make decisions such as the "economic reform plan" of the Textile Industry Regulation Committee of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the National Government.(3)Research on the technical thoughts in modern Chinese textile industry from the perspective of the development of dyeing and finishing industry in modern ChinaAlthough modern China was politically weak and had low capacities of economic management,the dyeing and finishing industry sought to learn from the powerful technology capabilities of the West,and at the same time began to improve market strategies and management methods based on technology.The dissemination of modern Chinese dyeing theory presents systematic characteristics,which are mainly reflected in systematic classification,systematic elaboration and systematic analysis.The most advanced foreign technology has been borrowed in the selection of teaching materials and experimental methods.Modern
