| Currently,China’s economy has entered into a new normal,transiting from high-speed growth into high-quality development.In 2022,the Guideline on Accelerating the Establishment of a National Unified Market jointly released by the Central Committee and the State Council points out the necessity of establishing a national unified market and integrating the industry chain and innovation chain as a way to facilitate domestic market circulation and upgrade the industrial layout.In the No.1 central document for 2022,it is emphasized that the industry chain and innovation chain should be integrated and measures should be taken to explore and establish a mechanism of value realization for agricultural products.According to the latest government policies,the development model of agriculture has transited from the quantity-based supply model to the value-added model.The transition and upgrading of agricultural industry based on value chain reconstruction has been put on the agenda.In recent years,the new normal requires resource-saving and environmental friendly development.Meanwhile,the issue that agricultural products of green innovation is not popular and well accepted should be tackled.Thus,while advancing the innovationdriven development and the ecological civilization strategy,it is necessary to optimize the value chain operation as a way to improve the overall economic growth.Against such background,the study of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products is meaningful theoretically and practically.Efficiency and fairness are two indispensable factors in the operation of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products,with which it is necessary not only to enlarge the market share of green agricultural products but to ensure that the material gains benefit more people.With the theme of value creation and value distribution of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products,this papers probes into the operation mechanism of the value chain from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,analyses the mechanism of value creation and value distribution in the operation process,and set up a super circulation of innovation ecosystem so as to break “the green barrier”,enhance the competitiveness of the value chain subjects and meet consumers’ increasing needs.The study focuses on the following four aspects:Firstly,the green innovation value chain of agricultural products is defined from the perspective of the innovation ecosystem,and a two-stage model of “value creation-value distribution” in the operation of the value chain is established.Regarding green innovation being underestimated in the value chain,it is indicated that green innovation is the catalyst of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products,which integrates all value subjects into a co-evolution system.Meanwhile,the basic model,static structure model and dynamic structure model are established,the innovation ecosystem theory and the super circulation theory are applied,and the effect evaluation of the operation process and value operation based on the mechanism of value creation and value distribution is proposed,simulating the value operation mechanism of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products in a better way.Secondly,a GERT network model is established to reflect the value creation mechanism in the operation of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products and it is demonstrated that the efficiency of value creation can be increased through multi-objective programming for green innovation inputs.Firstly,green innovation inputs are considered as the drivers of value creation,and are set as the input variables of the GERT network model.Secondly,since existing literature does not probe into the status quo of value creation,this paper points out that multi-objective programming can be used to optimize value creation based on green innovation inputs.Lastly,the case of a green innovation low-carbon farming enterprise is analyzed,and the multi-objective programming model is applied to analyze the multi-objective programming scheme of green innovation inputs.Therefore,the comprehensive effects of the equivalent transfer probability of the value chain and innovation value creation is demonstrated.Based on the implementation effect,it is demonstrated that the utilization of multi-objective programming greatly enhances the company’s innovation creation of green innovation inputs,providing a new innovation path for optimizing the operation of green innovation chain of agricultural products.Thirdly,the value distribution mechanism based on the evolutionary game theory in the operation of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products is proposed and it is proved that fairness in value distribution can be promoted through three types of measures including innovation ecosystem analysis,value creation maximization,and the control of the counter effects of value distribution,which is a strong proof of the correlation between value creation and value distribution.In this paper,the value distribution mechanism is categorized into the two-party game and the three-party game in the value chain,five types of value chain subjects including government(T)are established,and the parameters such as original gains,subject spillover,information asymmetry and rate of return are clearly defined.Meanwhile,the game strategy is defined by the existence of cooperation(i.e.,the engagement in or absence from value distribution).In existing literature,no consideration is given to whether it is a two-party or three-party game when it comes to the study of the game of value distribution.Therefore,this paper further applies the evolutionary game theory to analyze the two types of games and utilizes the MATLAB software to verify the hypothesis.In this paper,it is suggested that the government should lead in establishing a rational value distribution mechanism and the parties engaging in games should trust each other and share resources as a way to improve the operation effects of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products.Lastly,a method for evaluating and optimizing the operation of the green innovation chain of agricultural products is designed and verified.Since there are few methods for evaluating the operation of the value chain,an evaluation method based on the combination of major elements analysis and neural network(PCA-BP)is proposed.Firstly,an evaluation indicator system is established consisting of 19 Tier 3 indicators and seven Tier 1indicators such as value creation,value distribution and value inputs.Then,with the PCA-BP model,the data obtained from 25 fruit and vegetable companies in Shan’xi province is processed and a three-layer BP neural network structure is established.With five major elements put into the BP neural network and error training carried out in the PYTHON Py Torch library,the operation effect index of the green innovation value chain for the 25 companies are generated.According to the results,this method simulates the expertise and experience of experts in evaluating the operation effect in a comparatively sound manner.In addition,this method boasts the advantages of high speed,high tolerance for error and deviation,high adaptability and the ability to avoid complicated network scale.Lastly,it is proposed that factors such as deep processing,innovation dependence,emerging varieties and special varieties in green innovation should be focused on and optimized,so as to enhance the operation effect of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products.In conclusion,with the green innovation in agricultural industry as the background and the application of innovation value chain and innovation ecosystem theories,a systematic study on the operation of the green innovation value chain of agricultural products is carried out in this paper.In the stage of value creation in the operation process,the multi-objective programming of green innovation inputs is proposed while in the stage of value distribution,the evolutionary game mechanism among value chain subjects is analyzed.In addition,the PCA-BP fusion algorithm is applied and case analysis is carried out in evaluating the effect of the value chain operation.Lastly,management strategies are set up based on the experimental results in different stages.This paper further improves the research framework of the green innovation value chain,providing solid theoretical and practical foundation for in-depth research against the background of green innovation. |
