Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Woman’s Blood Syndrome In "Furen Daquan Liang Fang"

"Furen Daquan Liang Fang" systematically summarizes the achievements of the development of traditional Chinese medicine obstetrics and gynecology before the Southern Song Dynasty.It is not only the earliest existing monograph on obstetrics and gynecology in China,but also a landmark work.The main symptom of women’s blood syndrome is vaginal bleeding,which is very common in clinic."Furen Daquan Liang Fang" has unique diagnosis and treatment theory and rich treatment experience of women’s blood syndrome.Objective:To systematically summarize the medication and syndrome differentiation and treatment law of women’s blood syndrome in "Furen Daquan Liang Fang",further-clarify the theoretical connotation of women’s blood syndrome,and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of women’s blood syndrome in clinic.Method:Using the methods of philology,theoretical analysis,taxonomy and data mining,taking the "Furen Daquan Liang Fang" as the main research object,clarify the theoretical connotation of women’s blood syndrome,sort out the relevant theories of women’s blood syndrome in ancient literature,and summarize the origin and characteristics.Sort out and classify the relevant provisions of women’s blood syndrome,extract the prescriptions related to women’s blood syndrome according to the screening criteria,mine the medication laws and prescription characteristics of the prescriptions by using the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform"(v2.5),analyze the medication frequency,four Qi and five flavors,drug meridian,prescription rules,etc.,and analyze and summarize the medication characteristics of women’s blood syndrome.Result:Study 1:Theoretical research on women’s blood syndrome in"Furen Daquan Liang Fang"1.Analysis of theoretical connotation.Women’s blood syndrome belongs to the category of"blood syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine,which can also be called "women’s blood disease".The main symptom is vaginal bleeding,including menstrual disease,vaginal discharge disease,pregnancy disease,postpartum disease and miscellaneous disease blood syndrome.All kinds of blood syndrome can be further divided due to different symptoms,course of disease and priorities.The common pathogenesis of women’s blood syndrome is deficiency,heat and blood stasis,which are easy to lead to the loss of Qi and blood,the imbalance of Zang and Fu organs,and the abnormal accumulation and overflow of blood sea of Chong Ren,resulting in all kinds of women’s blood syndrome.According to the difference of disease syndrome,viscera and deficiency and excess of pathological changes,the clinical syndrome adopts the corresponding treatment methods based on the principle of treating qi,fire and blood.2.Research on theoretical origin.Take the woman’s blood syndrome in the "Furen Daquan Liang Fang" as the starting point to sort out and analyze.2.1 Disease name.The Qin and Han Dynasties began to put forward the name of symptoms.The Jin and Tang Dynasties were initially divided into different physiological periods.The "Furen Daquan Liang Fang" first classified women’s diseases according to eight categories.Until the Ming and Qing Dynasties,it clearly put forward "women’s blood diseases",and clearly classified irregular menstruation according to pre menstruation,post menstruation and prolonged menstruation.2.2 Etiology and pathogenesis.The pathogenic theory of heat,deficiency and blood stasis has been emphasized in the Qin and Han Dynasties.Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun systematically summarizes the pathogenic system of element body external evil meridians,and analyzes the pathogenesis of women’s blood syndrome from the aspects of viscera,Qi and blood,deficiency and excess in the Ming and Qing dynasties.2.3 Treatment.Doctors often choose prescriptions and drugs according to different types,symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis of diseases.Study 2:Study on the medication law of women’s blood syndrome in "Furen Daquan Liang Fang"Taking the relevant provisions of women’s blood syndrome in menorrhagia gate,pregnancy gate,postpartum gate and numerous diseases gate in "Furen Daquan Liang Fang"as the research object,the relevant prescriptions were statistically analyzed by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance(v2.5).A total of 202 prescriptions were screened out,involving 189 flavors of drugs.The results showed that:(1)There were 17 high-frequency drugs(drug frequency≥20 times),mainly Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,cinnamon,white peony,donkey hide gelatin and Rehmannia glutinosa;(2)Warm drugs are the most common in the four Qi;(3)Sweet medicine is the most used of the five flavors;(4)The drugs that return to the liver meridian are the most;(5)The drug combinations with the highest frequency of discovery of formula law are"chuanxiong,angelica" and "angelica,cinnamon".The specific analysis and discussion are as follows:1.Analysis of women’s blood syndrome and medication.1.1 Medication frequency.The high-frequency drugs for women’s blood syndrome in "Furen Daquan Liang Fang"| are mainly tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which are in line with the pathogenesis of "deficiency,heat and blood stasis",and the modern pharmacological effect is consistent with the pathogenesis of modern diseases with vaginal bleeding.1.2 Four gases.Chen stressed that the evil Qi of "wind cooling" causes disease.Those who are cold will warm it,and warmth frequently and is mostly treated according to the syndrome.2.Analysis of different types of blood syndrome and medication of menstrual diseases,pregnancy diseases,postpartum diseases and miscellaneous diseases.2.1 Medication frequency.2.1.1 Miscellaneous disease blood syndrome is often secondary to menstrual disease blood syndrome,and the treatment is mainly Angelica Decoction.However,for menstrual disease blood syndrome,hemostatic and astringent products such as hematite and wormwood leaf are mostly used,focusing on hemostasis,while for miscellaneous disease blood syndrome,tonic products such as ginseng,Rehmannia glutinosa and Atractylodes macrocephala are mostly used to treat Qi and blood deficiency syndrome caused by chronic diseases.2.1.2 The blood syndrome of pregnancy disease tends to proliferate Rehmannia glutinosa,ginseng,Poria cocos and other tonic products on the basis of poor medication.Study 3:Discussion on the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of women’s blood syndrome in"Furen Daquan Liang Fang"Combined with the results of literature theoretical analysis and data mining methods,this part discusses the characteristics of women’s blood syndrome in"cause-machine-syndrome-treatment" in "Furen Daquan Liang Fang".1.Etiology.The internal reason is based on the deficiency of Zang Fu organs,and the external reason is wind evil.Wind is Yang evil,and its nature is full.It is easy to change dryness from Yang to dampness.The body fluid and blood are of the same origin,and Chong Ren has blood deficiency;It can also change heat from Yang and move that 202 prescriptions and 189 traditional Chinese medicines met the standard.The medicines for various types of blood syndromes are mainly Angelica sinensis,and the prescriptions focus on the addition and subtraction of Siwu Decoction.The etiology emphasizes the infestation of wind pathogens,and the pathogenesis emphasizes the damage of blood.Because the liver meridian drugs are used most frequently,the treatment emphasizes soothing the liver and regulating qi,clearing the liver and purging fire,warming the liver meridian,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and nourishing liver blood.The system of differentiation and treatment of women’s blood syndrome in "Furen Daquan Liang Fang",which integrates"principle-method-prescription-medicine",has been constructed.Theoretically enriches the content related to the blood syndrome of women,and provides ideas and references for clinical treatment.
