ObjectiveThis research aims to explore the historical origin and development of Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine thought,summarize Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine thought theory and characteristics,explore the symptoms,syndromes,treatment methods,and prescriptions of Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine thought in ancient and modern medical cases through data mining,and explore Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine.It can provide clinical reference ideas for TCM treatment of psychosomatic diseases.Research methods①Theoretical research:Collect literature related to Zhang Zhongjing’s mind-body medicine thought,summarize and organize,condense the essence and characteristics of his thought,summarize the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and explore its clinical application value.②Data mining:Search and screen the ancient medical records and modern medical records of Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medical thought,and standardize the medical records that meet the conditions for inclusion,and then enter them into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,conduct data mining,and statistically analyze their clinical application rules.Research resultThis topic discusses four aspects:the historical origin and development of Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine thought,the sorting and induction of theoretical characteristics,the data mining of ancient and modern medical records,and the application of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The first part traces the history and academic origins of Zhang Zhongjing’s mind-body medicine thought,and sorts out the context of the inheritance and development of the mind-body medicine of the physicians before and after,thus affirming its medical status as a link between the past and the next.The second part,from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",conducts in-depth research and discussion on the basis of the six meridians,symptoms,diagnostic methods,and treatment methods,and explores the academic characteristics of its psychosomatic medicine,which is mainly reflected in the monism,The combination of six meridians and zang-fu syndrome differentiation,focusing on the use of objects to express the meaning,through the disease,grasping its essence,the five aspects of the simple mind-body view.The third part analyzes the inheritance,improvement,development and innovation of Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine thought by later generations of physicians from the aspects of symptoms,syndromes,treatment methods,and prescriptions through the data mining of Zhang Zhongjing’s psychosomatic medicine thought in ancient and modern medical records.Its development and innovation are mainly reflected in:the refinement of emotional symptoms,the level of liver-based syndromes and phlegm syndrome,the completeness of non-acupuncture and drug therapy,and the development of drug prescriptions.The fourth part discusses the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Zhang Zhongjing’s mind-body medicine thought from the four aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment method and prescription,and the application of classical prescriptions in modern common psychosomatic diseases.Moreover,for the first time,it explores the treatment of psychosomatic diseases by classical prescriptions,and summarizes the law of differentiation and treatment of psychosomatic diseases from the four aspects of "nature,position,potential,and syndrome" from the perspective of "Four in One" theory.Research conclusionThrough literature research and data mining,it is discovered that Zhang Zhongjing’s mind-body medicine thought contains unique academic characteristics,and the development and innovation of later physicians have made it more perfect.Exploration and mining of its syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics and clinical applications have important implications and value for both the theory and clinical practice of TCM psychosomatic medicine.
