The thesis of this paper is “Current Situation and Improvement of the Teaching of Medical Humanities in China Medical Schools”.The source of the problem makes the thesis crucial not only in the reform of modern medical education and in the development of Chinese medical humanistic education,but also in the practice of medical humanistic education.The thesis of this study mainly based on three backgrounds: the scientific background formed by the development trend of the integration of modern medical science and humanities,that by the assimilation form and overall development trend presented by the disciplines of medical humanities,and the development trend of social medicalization and medical socialization,which requires the goal of medical personnel training to change accordingly.The main purpose of the dissertation is to scientifically evaluate the current situation of medical humanities education and teaching in my country shaped by the past 40 years of experience,affirm achievements,find problems,and promote effective improvement in this field by designing curriculum models.The structure of the dissertation consists of six chapters,including the introduction,the conclusion and the main body.Introduction mainly clarifies some basic problems of the thesis,including the source of the problem,background,purpose,significance,methods and ideas of the research,as well as a review of relevant research results home and abroad.The main body consists of six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the definition of basic concepts and overviews basic theories,which constitutes the cognitive premise and theoretical principle of the whole study.The second chapter examines the history of the relationship between medical humanities and medical education.The reasons for this chapter are: firstly,the dissertation adheres to the philosophical cognition method that integrates logic and history,which provides a basis for empirical investigation and qualitative analysis of the consistency of logic and history;secondly,the dissertation adheres to the basic principle that integrates theory and practice and the practical standards that theory guides and testifies practice.The third chapter takes the third-to fifth-year undergraduates in clinical medicine and other majors in 6 medical colleges in Hebei Province and the resident physicians in 31 standardized training bases as the survey objects,examines the current situation with quantitative research,and SPSS21.0 software was used to organize and analyze the data.The purpose was to judge and evaluate the current situation of this field in my country through the research on the current situation of medical humanities education and teaching in Hebei Province.The fourth chapter mainly studies the text materials of undergraduate training programs of clinical medicine in 71 colleges and universities.The qualitative and quantitative research is mainly carried out according to the three core elements of cultivation objectives,cultivation requirements and curriculum.Qualitative research mainly utilizes the research methods of text analysis and grounded theory,and Nvivo12.0 software was used for analysis.Quantitative research was mainly analyzed using Excel 2016 software.In order to achieve a relative balance between the medical specialty and the medical humanities teaching in the design of the training program,the scientificity and rationality of the training program are evaluated through the presentation of the teaching elements of medical humanities education in the training program,.The fifth chapter is based on the preliminary investigation and the conclusion from qualitative analysis,makes an overall evaluation of the current situation of medical humanities education and teaching in my country,fully affirms the achievements made in the past 40 years,and clearly puts forward the major and important problems.The sixth chapter constructs the curriculum module and teaching system through the construction of the educational concept of“Trinity(student-centered,humanistic competence-oriented,integration of knowledge and action)”.The conclusion summarizes the paper in general terms. |
