The Research On Medical Ethics And Education From The Perspective Of Care Ethics

Medical virtue is the most important thing,and medical ethics is the foundation of the majority of medical workers.The task of constructing the human health community puts forward higher demands on the medical ethics education.The medical ethics education in the new era should actively learn from the achievements of all kinds of outstanding civilization of mankind,it should further enrich the content,innovate the educational model,and effectively cultivate and enhance the medical ethics of medical workers.The medical students are the medical workers of the future,shouldering the historical responsibility of protecting the people’s life and health,realizing the great rejuvenation of China and constructing the community of human destiny.This paper takes medical students as the main research object.The major objective is to move forward the threshold of medical ethics education,cultivate the noble medical moral qualities of medical students,and promote their future contribution to the construction of the human health community.Care ethics is a kind of positive moral experience,paying special attention to the ethical thought of coordinating people’s moral feelings,interpersonal relationships and mutual care in a specific moral situation.The thought of care ethics has a deep foundation in Chinese and West Culture.It is one of the outstanding achievements of civilization created by human beings.In the field of care ethics,medical ethics mainly takes care as the core concept,and emphasizes the value concept of benevolence and saving people.All the basic principles are patient centered,which highlights the essences and sublimation of medical ethics,The education of medical ethics under the field of care ethics is to promote medical ethics of medical students with care as the core.The current medical ethics education has achieved positive results,especially in dealing with public health emergencies.We observed a large number of medical ethics models and medical ethics education cases,and medical ethics behavior of medical workers with prominent care.At the same time,the caring ability and literacy of medical students have not yet been fully formed.They are facing problems and challenges to a certain extent.The reason mainly comes from three aspects: First,the care ethics has not been effectively integrated into the school medical ethics education.Second,medical ethics education needs to be further extended to the families of medical students.Third,the diversified social trend of thought,social public opinion and other factors,collide violently with medical ethics education,directly or indirectly affecting the value judgment of medical students and bringing conflict to medical ethics education.In accordance with the new requirements of training college students in the new era medical colleges,this paper innovatively proposes the establishment of the cooperative system of "school,family and society" to promote the collaboration among colleges,family,and social education,taking ideological and political education as the subject background,taking Marxist world view and methodology as the guide,following the characteristics of strong practicality and value orientation of medical ethics education,integrating the content resources of medical ethics education,and innovatively proposing the construction of a new era medical ethics education system with caring as the core concept.The first is to put more emphasis of medical ethics education on caring.The second is to promote the family care education of medical students through the collaboration between family and school.The third is to optimize the social environment for medical students to create a good social atmosphere for medical ethics education.This education system enables college education,family education and social education to cooperate with each other and promote each other,so as to further cultivate and enhance the medical ethics of medical students,to enable them to become outstanding builders and talents of health and wellness system in the new era with Chinese characters,and then actively contribute to the construction of the human health community.
