| Human society is composed of men and women,and social progress and development are the result of the joint efforts of both sexes.Then,in the long ancient society,women surrendered to men and became male appendages.Men are superior to women in the way of conquest and enslavement,which makes women oppressed for a long time.The relationship between men and women in ancient Chinese society developed from the difference between men and women to the great defense between men and women and the incompatibility between men and women.Finally,the relationship between men and women was established and formed.The book of changes provides a reasonable basis for the inferiority of men and women from the perspective of the generation of the universe.This kind of male female relationship has become people’s "collective unconsciousness" for thousands of years.Contrary to reality,women have always been concerned and valued by writers of all ages.Through the description of women’s love,family and social life,they inject fresh vitality into women in literary works,show their pain,helplessness,struggle and resistance,and create many shining female images.It can be said that the attention to women and women’s life runs through the whole history of Chinese literature.This concern is the common influence of Chinese traditional aesthetic thought,art creation subject and art acceptance subject.The same is true of the Yuan Dynasty.The literature of the Yuan Dynasty,especially the drama of the Yuan Dynasty,depicts many female images in different forms with its unique artistic techniques.Works of art are a comprehensive reflection of the life of the times.Although they are not a direct imitation of life,they must reflect the style of society.The Yuan Dynasty was the first unified regime established by ethnic minorities in China’s history.Under this regime,ethnic contradictions were acute and social contradictions were prominent.The turbulent social situation,the ethnic policy of hierarchical differentiation and the political environment without access to official positions have had a far-reaching impact on the Female Aesthetics of the literati and the society of the Yuan Dynasty.The female images in the drama works of the Yuan Dynasty also reveal the strong characteristics of the times.This paper takes the female images in drama works with different themes of the Yuan Dynasty as the research object,takes the aesthetic theory as the starting point,based on the traditional aesthetic thought of the Chinese nation and referring to the framework of western aesthetic theory,attempts to discuss and explain the aesthetic connotation and cultural implication of the female images in drama of the Yuan Dynasty from the perspective of aesthetics.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the writing and construction of female images in the drama of the Yuan Dynasty under the patriarchal discourse system.Starting from the script,it classifies and summarizes the female images in different themes of the drama of the Yuan Dynasty.Among them,the female images portrayed in love and marriage dramas are "love women",including girlfriends and brothel prostitutes.This paper analyzes their love orientation,love attitude and love mode.This kind of theme incisively and vividly shows women’s yearning and pursuit for free love and ideal marriage.In these beautiful love stories,it also reveals the dissatisfaction of the literati of the Yuan Dynasty with the reality and their desire for ideal marriage.The female images in family ethics plays are discussed based on the practitioners and rebels of traditional ethics,and the characteristics and meanings of the images of good mother,good wife,chaste woman,jealous woman,fierce woman and obscene woman are analyzed in detail.The literati status drama analyzes the praise of the literati in the Yuan Dynasty to the women who are willing to keep the poor and the whip of the women who dislike the poor and love the rich.The historical drama expounds the role orientation and tragic fate of women in history.The second part is the aesthetic study of female images in the Yuan Dynasty.Firstly,it analyzes the aesthetic form of the female image in the drama of the Yuan Dynasty,and explains the feminine beauty and masculine beauty of the female image in the drama of the Yuan Dynasty with the two aesthetic categories with the most national characteristics in Chinese traditional aesthetics,namely,feminine and masculine.It also discusses the female images of drama in the Yuan Dynasty with tragic and comic meanings in the two aesthetic forms of western tragedy and comedy,combined with the artistic tradition of Chinese tragedy and comedy.Secondly,from the perspective of aesthetic psychology,it explains the Yuan dynasty literati’s fame mentality,the social status of being immersed in the lower officials,and the aesthetic needs,aesthetic ideals and aesthetic interests of the Yuan Dynasty’s women from the wonderful fence life.Finally,it discusses the aesthetic construction and generation of female images in the drama of the Yuan Dynasty from the artistic techniques of the drama of the Yuan Dynasty.In the traditional society,women are deprived of the right of "Discourse".The female images discussed in this paper are the construction under the male discourse system,which reflects the choice of traditional ethics and morality by the drama writers of the Yuan Dynasty.Men place women in the ethical system of men’s superiority over women with their creative right to the cultural system.With the right of narration and interpretation of literary works,they wrote female images that met their aesthetic standards.The most typical example of the female image construction under the male discourse system is their "alienation" of female writing.This extreme writing method of "angel" and "devil" not only condenses the vision of the literati of the Yuan Dynasty for ideal women,but also the literati of the Yuan Dynasty try to promote the ethical system of "three cardinal principles and five permanent principles" by shaping the female image of traditional ethical and moral models,hoping to regain the dominant position in ideology,Realize "the leadership of knowledge and morality" to make up for the lack of status in reality.These women who have lost the right to speak have also lost their subject consciousness.They have been infected with the ethical and moral system constructed by male power for a long
