Study On The Practical Exploration Of The Communist Party Of China’s Party Diplomacy In The New Era

Party diplomacy has always played an important role in the historical development of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the party’s diplomacy has entered a new stage of development.Against the backdrop of the new era,the CPC’s party diplomacy is committed to safeguarding national interests and serving the central tasks of the party and the country.Through in-depth exchanges with parties of various countries,it continuously optimizes and expands the network of international exchanges and cooperation among parties,providing diverse support for building a community with a shared future for mankind.Research on the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era not only has strong theoretical value but also profound practical significance.From a theoretical perspective,research in this field helps further enrich and develop Marxist party theory and Chinese diplomatic theory.From a practical perspective,such research helps enhance the CPC’s party diplomacy capabilities and further strengthen party building.Guided by Marxist theory,this paper systematically investigates the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era over the past decade,summarizes the effectiveness and experience of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era,analyzes the challenges it faces,and puts forward suggestions.Specifically,this paper is divided into seven chapters to study the theoretical innovation and practical exploration of the Communist Party of China’s party diplomacy in the new era.Chapter One is the introduction.This chapter mainly elaborates on the research background,theoretical value,and practical significance of the topic,defines the research object and scope,reviews the research status of topics such as the CPC’s party diplomacy,summarizes the academic accumulation and previous research results in this field,and explains the research difficulties,innovations,ideas,and methods.Through literature review and evaluation,the basic theme of researching the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era is established.Chapter Two explains the necessity and theoretical foundation of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.This chapter mainly elaborates on the necessity of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era,focusing on creating a favorable external environment for China,deepening mutual learning with parties of other countries,and expanding the functions of parties in global governance.With the advancement of globalization,humanity faces more and more global issues,requiring more global political forces to jointly address various challenges.At the same time,China faces a complex and severe external environment,and the CPC needs to maintain vitality by exchanging and learning from parties of various countries.These factors highlight the urgency and necessity for the CPC to carry out party diplomacy.In addition,this chapter elaborates on the theoretical foundation of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.The party diplomacy of the CPC in the new era is based on the inter-party relations thought of Marxist classic writers and the thoughts on party diplomacy of the CPC’s main leaders,and it is also carried out under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on diplomacy.Chapter Three is a historical review of the CPC’s party diplomacy.This chapter systematically reviews the party diplomacy practices and international exchanges of the CPC before the new era in three historical stages.By reviewing the development process of the CPC’s party diplomacy,this chapter forms a basic understanding of the CPC’s party diplomacy,providing a basic reference for explaining the new development of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.From the review,it can be seen that the CPC’s connotation of the basic principles of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.Adhering to the scientific concept of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era is the key to the stable and long-term development of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.Chapter Five is the main practice of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.This chapter discusses in detail the practical progress of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.Specifically,the main content includes consolidating the network of party partnerships,rallying party forces to build a community with a shared future for mankind,leveraging party roles to safeguard China’s core interests,and interpreting the theoretical and practical achievements of the CPC in governing the country.Compared with past practices,it can be seen that the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era not only continues and consolidates past multilateral exchanges and bilateral institutionalized exchange channels but also closely coordinates with the country’s major diplomatic agendas,continuously innovates the working methods of party diplomacy to adapt to the development needs of the party and the country.Chapter Six mainly discusses the main achievements and basic experience of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.This chapter discusses the three main achievements of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era.Firstly,the CPC in the new era has successfully established a comprehensive and multi-dimensional network of party partnerships covering more than 170 countries and over 600 parties and political organizations.Secondly,in party diplomacy,the CPC attaches importance to telling the story of the party and China’s development,conveying the most fair and objective voice of China to the world,and establishing a good image of the party and the country with broad-mindedness and benevolence.Finally,in the new era,the CPC’s party diplomacy has promoted the establishment of mutual trust between countries and the smooth and healthy development of relations between countries by enhancing the linkage of partyto-party issues and the density of party exchanges,as well as maintaining good information communication between parties.This chapter also summarizes the basic experience of the CPC’s party diplomacy in the new era,mainly including: adhering to scientific guiding ideology of the faced by the CPC’s party diplomacy in the current international situation.It particularly points out challenges such as the "China infiltration theory" smearing,the impact of party political changes on diplomatic stability,and the lack of clarity in party diplomacy strategy.Based on these challenges,the chapter further explores possible paths for enhancing the CPC’s party diplomacy strategy,proposing three suggestions: clarifying communication and dispelling doubts to promote win-win cooperation among parties;establishing diverse channels for party diplomacy to maintain diplomatic stability;and enhancing overall understanding of party diplomacy to clarify strategic planning.
