Abrasive waterjet cutting technology is late 1980s in sewing. It is the new technology used to remove nearly oil wells pollution and expand infiltrates low-permeability oil layer. It is good for a penetration depth, no secondary pollution, large area of discharge, the effect are obvious and so on. But many problems still exist. Compares with the air in free water jet flow, it is still few in the submarine jet flow's theory and the experimental study. Especially under the condition of submerged, high-speed and non-free two-phase jet theory need the further research. Regarding oil well in abrasive waterjet cutting ,the fluid status in the seam body's mobility, solid particle's movement situation, two-phase flow changing with time, the effect of jet during reflow and fluid velocity declining as cut along the direction ,it study less. To solve the above problem, this paper adopts research methods which combine the theoretical study and numerical simulation Using the basic knowledge of two-phase jet theory and computational fluid dynamics analysis the abrasive water jet cutting seam two-phase flow motion mechanism in oil wells. Application of Gambit pre-processing software, according to ground and underground test results, establishes sewing two-dimensional and three-dimensional model. Based on FLUENT software , It completes numerical simulation for two-dimensional situation, which provides a theoretical basis and experimental evidence. This paper completed as follows:①It introduces abrasive waterjet and its numerical simulation of research history and current developing situation.②It describes oil wells abrasive jet cutting sewing process principle and on-site work process.③Base on two-phase jet theory and computational fluid dynamics, It establishes mathematical model of the abrasive jet solid-liquid two-phase flow in the oil well.④Using finite volume method, the above equation is discretized and it introduces the application of SIMPLE algorithm for solving method of discrete equations.⑤Based on the ground and underground test results, using Gambit software establishes 3D model. Gambit modeling steps and application of FLUENT for the numerical simulation of two-dimensional model Optimization are given.⑥For two in the long within 180 degrees and two-phase flow, the flow condition is numerically simulated. Based on the simulation results with FLUENT, it studied and analyzed two-phase fluid flow condition and movement rules.under the condition of submerged abrasive waterjet.
