The Fuyu reservoirs have not yet been used and developed in large-scale. The development of the Fuyu reservoirs proved that the set of water injection development effect is poor, and these layers will be the research focus in "The twelfth Five-Year " period of stable production of the seventh plants. To do this, the Portugal 333 - Portugal 462 test areas are founded, the 1.22km~2 oil-bearing area and 87.0 x 10~4t geological reserves is exploited, striving through experimental research, We can search out a extra-low permeability reservoir reserves Fuyu economic and effective method.In view of the actual situation of the block, The Test evaluate the reservoir engineering, production engineering and surface engineering for the overall,comprehensive deployment. In reservoir engineering research, by detailed geological studying,We probe the feasibility of development of small distance, small well away from in the reservoir based on the exploration of the Fuyu reservoirs. In terms of oil production technology, we use the optimized drilling, completion perforating technology, and new technologies to increase productivity.We obtain "four" results from the test: the first is the heterogeneity characteristics research, initially forming a microscopic geologic features, reservoir classification evaluation, main layer optimization to perforating fracturing scheme optimization to productivity prediction comprehensive technology, the second is ,effect evaluation of the development with application dynamic and testing data, We preliminarily preliminarily prelimina understand reservoir use condition of oil layer and producing fluid, bibulous development indexes variation rules, etc. The Third is, We determined the low abundance reservoirs reasonable development Wells,the row spacing and established effective driving system development well-net array method in the effective driving system, The fourth is, We initially formed supporting technology from block selection, well network optimization design to synergistic injection-production technology in the completion and injection-production process etc supporting optimization techniques.We get three innovation through the research: the first is, and reduce the cost of development by optimizing the main reservoir perforation fracturing and studying the distribution of major reservoirs conducted comprehensively,and accumulate experience for extra-low permeable reservoir developing economically effectively;The Second is, We explore the different types of reservoir use condition and explicit the direction reasonable use of extra-low permeable reservoirs by researching the using boundaries of the extra-low permeability reservoir development; The third is, We systematically summarized the extra-low permeable oilfield seepage rule,start-up pressure characteristics,and established the non-darcy seepage condition overall fracturing matrix - crack coupling oil-water two-phase percolation mathematical model and yield prediction method, improved extra-low permeable oilfield waterflooding fracturing development indexes prediction accuracy for the first time.Completion of the test is an important reference on effectively use of unused reserves of other Fuyu reservoirs, the production of new wells in the seventh plants can relief effectively " The eleventh Five-Year" the risk of post-production building and the " The twelfth Five-Year " production stable during the period, and it has great practical significance, the result of the research can be used in the other large area of unused reserves of regional application in Fuyu reservoirs.
