As the widely needs in the target identification, stealth technology, radar and other fields, the electromagnetic scattering characteristic research of aircraft, missiles and other three-dimensional complex targets is becoming increasingly important. The thesis studies electromagnetic scattering properties of three-dimensional complex target in parametric modeling, edge coding optimization and parallel solving.First this thesis describes the process of establishing the complex target's geometric model, and establishes the complex geometric model such as the missile, penetration warheads, aircraft inlet with ANSYS parametric design language APDL. In order to improve the calculation accuracy and scale, the application of mesh is controlled by APDL. The processing and export of discrete data for the electromagnetic simulation is completed by APDL. Then, this thesis introduces the discretion of target's area and discusses the interpolation basis function of triangular and tetrahedral element. This thesis gives the specific steps of edge coding, for which there exits the bandwidth issues. The use of RCM algorithm is given. The optimization of edge coding is analyzed through several typical examples. Finally, the thesis introduces the basic principle of the Method of Moments, analyzes the electric field integral equation, magnetic field integral equation and hybrid integral equation. It describes the parallel generated of impedance matrix, parallel conjugate gradient method for solving equations, parallel computing far-field RCS in detail. Parallel method of moments is implemented on PC cluster based on MPI. This thesis analyzes the electromagnetic scattering properties of complex targets, such as the penetration warhead, NASA almond. Through the analysis of more than 60,000 unknown conductor ball and other examples, it showes that the parallel algorithm is efficient and good accuracy and has a wide range of application.
