The data-processing technology of GPR can refer to that of Seismic Survey, because that the GPR section is quite similar to the seismic section, also, the propagation of electromagnetic wave and seismic wave in the ground is almost the same. However, the data-processing technology of GPR cannot apply mechanically the method of seismic data-processing, due to the differences of inherent characteristics, such as strong attenuation of electromagnetic waves. We need to concern more about the characteristics of GPR.This paper demonstrates the software developed based on MATLAB according to the research on the storage structure of several widely used GPR data format. The software consists of multi-format supported data-inputting, multi-form available data-displaying, data-processing and data-analysis. The GPR data can display as wiggle plot, color-map section and trace wave plot. The basic data-processing function can remove bad trace, set the signal position, and gain amplitude, meanwhile, the method of gain is multi-time-window automatic gain. The filtering is basic but not dispensable in data-processing, including subtracting DC component, background-filtering, one-dimensional IIR digital filtering, predictive deconvolution, pulse deconvolution filtering. They make good effect on improving signal-to-noise ratio, and resolution. Using the Hilbert transform, we can get the instantaneous parameters section of GPR data, which provides a new method to analyze data. The filtering and deconvolution work at time domain section analysis, in addition, frequency domain analysis also has Fourier Spectrum Analysis and Spectrum Section Analysis. It can read multiple data formats and make the multi-view to help to contrast each map. Overall, it is considered easy to use.
