Jianyucha district of Zibei oilfield locates in the east of Shanbei slope of Ordos Basin, where the Triassic oil reservoir Chang 6 is the main oil producing zone. The chief oil reservoir type of the study area is lithologic reservoir with low porosity and low permeability. There is not only conventional sandstone but also some highly radioactive sandstone. The distribution law of oil and water in the area are complex and differences of its log response are not clear. And because of the complicated relationship of four properties (lithology, physical properties, electricity and oiliness), it is difficult to value the reservoir beds with the characteristics of log response. This paper analyzes the characteristic of depositional system and sedimentary microfacies on the basis of the collected data about well drilling, core analysis and well logging. Focusing on studying the relationship of four properties, the author discusses the laws among the deposition, layer, lithology and physical properties of conventional as well as highly radioactive sandstones in depth, and further reverses the key parameters with the characteristics of log response. The targeted technical methods that mainly employed include: (1) natural gamma and spontaneous potential parameters is used to calculate shaliness in two reservoirs. (2) The simple linear regression of acoustic slowness parameters contributes to the quantitative interpretation of the logging porosity, and the multiple regression of acoustic slowness and shale content parameters quantitatively illustrates the logging permeability. (3) Multi-skills of overlapping maps and cross-plot maps fast and directly identify the different types of oil layer and water layers with good results and accuracy requirements. (4) On the basis of core and rock-electricity experiments, the author successfully reverses rock electrical parameters (a, m. b, n) and quantitatively evaluates the oil and water saturation with Archie's formulas, which are verified by the data of sealed and coring well. This study establishes the porosity logging interpreting models which attempt to carry out multiple regressions by a combination of acoustic slowness and shale content parameters. Actual results prove that there is a good correlation between log interpretation permeability and core measured permeability, which meets the accuracy requirement of research area. Furthermore, the logging overlap methods of accounting SP and measured SP are mainly adopted to quickly identify the nature of fluid, which has achieved satisfactory results.
