With the rapid development of science and technology, the speed and navigating depth of submarine have increased greatly than before, the equipments installed on submarine have become more complex. In such case, the time for submarine commanders to make right decision would become even shorter when submarine is in accident. Through analyses of recent submarine accidents, it can be found that the installation of anti-sinking intelligent decision-making system on submarine is very necessary. On the foundation of previous researches, the subject of submarine anti-sinking intelligent decision-making system is continued to be studied and explored in this paper.First of all, in order to obtain and verify submarine anti-sinking knowledge, the mathematical models for in-water cabin,high-pressure blowing,rudder and ballast are created and simulated in Matlab environment. Through the analysis of simulation results, submarine anti-sinking knowledge are extracted and verified.It is the first time that fuzzy expert system is used to achieve submarine anti-sinking intelligent decision-making system. After analysing the disadvantages of traditional expert system, FuzzyCLIPS, a fuzzy expert system tool, is used to express and reason fuzzy knowledge about submarine anti sink. The sort of several inferences results are realized through the use of certainty factors in inference results of fuzzy expert system. Thus it would be good for submarine commanders to grasp important anti-sinking knowledge. At the same time, the processes of making inference on the lack of necessary information are realized in the use of fuzzy expert system's "Global contribution" characteristic. And these works lay a certain foundation to the use of submarine anti-sinking intelligent system in practice.To verify the correctness of inference results of submarine anti-sinking intelligent system, one simulation and verifying environment is builted in this paper. This environment consist of seven computers that are linked together by one hub. The seven computers are respectively responsible for setting fault,solving mathmatical model, making fuzzy inference, displaying three-dimensional environments, control display, etc. The entire working processes of intelligent decision-making system are verified in this simulation environment in the case of cabin in water. The simulation results show that the inference results of fuzzy expert system are correct.
