Underwater GPS positioning system,which is also called GPS Intelligent Buoyssystem, provides positioning and navigation services for the underwater objects bylaying out GPS buoys on the ocean surface to form a geodetic datum. CASM and CSIShas successfully developed the first underwater GPS positioning system on the tenthfive-year plan, and go on studying important technique on high precision positioningsystem of multi targets.This paper makes a full emulator according as basic course of the multi-targetsunderwater positioning. The emulator is focus on analyzing and researching followcontent:Using technique of frequency division multi address to distinguish and recognizemulti targets.At present, the applying technique of distinguish and recognize multitargets mainly are frequency division multi address and code division multiple access.The system use frequency division multi address, and frame the sign frequency onpractice.Boosting the ability of dealing with data on multi targets.In data processing,adopting third class to separate data is in order to distinguish and get the data ofdifferent targets.Making a software of the emulator. Combining on every course of the multi targetsunderwater positioning, carry out view of the emulator. On software, may control onreal time course of the data simulate,the data transfers,the calculate.
