In recent years,more and more attention are paid to empirical Bayes and discussion and research both in the applied area and theoretic are rising. Binomial Distribution is the most useful one of the discrete distribution. The analysis of the reliability and test times have high theory value and practical value.This paper present the estination of binomial reliability with Bayesian, Hierarchical Bayesian and E Bayesian theories, discuss the estimation under a kind of mixed prior distribution, and summarize the calculate method of the inheriting factor that is the paremeter of the mixed prior distribution. Then we study the estimation of test time in special prior information with Baysian.Finally, the paper discuss the situation of nuisance parameter when the two parameter is unkown,and present two new methods -integral method and fixed value method to deal with the nuisance paremeter. Take reliability as nuisance parameter, presents the integral method and fixed value method to the nuisance paremeter.The significance of this paper is, on one hand, to discuss the reliability of binomial distribution and Bayesian methods of testing times N and propose methods suitable for practice after comparison. On the other hand, it is to give treatment methods of hatred parameters and research on the integral method and fixed value method to make a new attempt in studying treatment methods of hatred parameters.
