The MAGDM(multi-attribute group decision making-MAGDM), is the multiple attribute decision making and the group decision making overlapping research area. It has played an important part in modern decision making research. And its theory and method of group decision are widely applied to the areas of investment decision making, city construction, economic management, financial investment, tender bid, etc.. So it is very important to research the MAGDM and its application. Over the last decade, a lots 0f scholars have been caused to pay attention to the study of MAGDM and they have acquired plenty of achievement. However, both the method and the application of the MAGDM remains to be futher developed and improved.Currently, because of the complexity of most objective itself and decision-making problems, which judge with human thinking on the uncertainty, people used the data to reflect the real number of preference information will be limited. Then, if they take advantage of natural language as their decision-making information and the process of decision making will be convenient, which description not only consistent with human mind and evaluation criteria but also the purpose of decision-making evaluation. These years, there are many scholars devoted themselves to research about MAGDM based on natural language.Based on previous research fruits, in this paper the author raises some new aggregation operators and decision-making methods to solve some group decision making problems by the new aggregation operators based on the ordered weighted aggregation (OWA) operator, and the author's main production is contained as following:1. Based on Yager's ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and its various induced operators, the author proposes a Hybrid Weighted Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging (HWOWGA) operator to assembly the decision-making information with the exact datas and a Linguistic Hybrid Weighted Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging (LHWOWGA) operator to assembly the decision-making information with the linguistic datas, where are all inspired by OWA operator. The two operators take into account the importance of the evaluation value of its own implicit decision-making information and the ordered position of the given evaluation value, but also combine the importance of the evaluation value and the attribute or decision-maker itself. Both the functionality and the balance are all reflected by the new operators. Especially, the new operators regard of the relevance of relational factors under the decision-making information system, and further tap the hidden information on internal decision-making information system. So these new operators can comprehensively and scientifically reflect the real situation of the system in order to overcome the problem that decision making mistakes seriously because of the unrelated and disintegrated dates. 2. Some desirable properties of the new operators are studied amply and two decision-making methods are raised. One decision-making method with the HWOWGA operator to assembly the decision-making system on the exact datas when single decision making, the other decision-making method with the LHWOWGA operator to assembly the decision-making system on the linguistic datas when group decision making.3. Both the detailed analysis and results based above the new methods, which are compared with those classical operators, declear fully that the given operators can better reflect the actual situations in applications. And the given methods are tested to resolve issue with the feasibility and effectiveness in the application. In the end, the author generalizes the research process and indicates some limitations and shortage of this paper. At the same time, it will be given outlook to the method and application in MAGDM.
