China is one of the most serious landslide disaster region in the world. Especially, since 1980s, with China's rapid economic development, and human activity is more and more intense, coupled with the natural factors, landslide disaster has become the highest frequent and harmful geological disater in various geohazards increased year by year.Large-scale landslide sliding not only affects a wide range, but also brings devastating damages and significant casualties. Yin Tai Shan landslide in qiaoshan village of Huangling county is a large soil and old landslide, the villager kilns, rooms, different degrees of gaps have appeared on the courtyarewalls of the larth, and it increased year by year, several houses have already collapsed,so the landslide seriously threatens the villagers'life and property security. This article takes the Yin TanShan landslide as the research subject. On the basis of the analysis of the geological conditions, the author makes an intensive study of the stability of the slope using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the materials related, the landslide was caused by many factors, such as groundwater, earthquake activitie, the anti-shearing strengthindices of the slipzone and so on.By sensitivity analysis we know that load and groundwater are the most sensitive factors.(2) Through comprehensive analysis and research, we know that the forms of the Yin Tai Shan landslide go through two stages:the form of the old landslide and its local revival. The deformation at the present stage on the landslide is due to the old landslide local activies which caused by the increase of landslide surface load and the rising level of ground water in the landslide.(3) By using the transfer coefficient method and FLAC3D software, the author respectively studides the stability of the landslide using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and concludes that in the natural state landslide is stable; In the natural state and surface load conditions, the landslide overall stability is good, the local instability is unlikely to happen; In natural state and surface load and heavy rainfall conditions, the landslide is stable on the whole, but the local instability is more likely to happen.(4) In the last, the author selects the best one of the three control design schemes using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and eventually takes anchor pile and surface drainage and flat holes and sand Wells joint row groundwater and monitoring measures as the best plan.
