Borehole seismic method technique includes vertical seismic profiling, cross-well seismic method and so on. It's a new geophysical technique which can receive seismic signals with extremely high resolution, so we can get delicate imaging of cross-well structure and small scale geological target such as reservoir. It built a bridge to connect the surface seismic, logging and geologic reservoir, also provides new meticulous detection tools for oil and gas development. Borehole seismic can be used to reservoir description and dynamic detection and also can solve small scale tectonic problem such as low-order level faults, amplitude structure, thin interbedded sequence, the inverted acoustic impedance profile could solve the reservoir problems like space distribution, lithological changes and connectivity. Time delayed cross-well seismic velocity tomographic inversion could help solve fluid distribution, injection-production effect which are both development geological problems.This text deeply researched the borehole seismic technique. Mainly analyzed and discussed the borehole seismic reflection wave imaging methods, including zero partial VSP and cross-hole seismic reflection wave imaging technology, cross-hole seismic multi-attribute extraction technology, seismic reservoir parameters inversion technique etc. Under the guidance of method and technique, combined with actual wells seismic exploration material, bore field drilling geology and logging data of oilfield which in northern Shaanxi, completed the research of bore field seismic reservoir structure and fracture development belt, reservoir parameter and remaining oil distribution prediction.Obtained a rich geological results by the comprehensive research, mainly are:(1) Target layer c6-1, c6-2, ct1, ct7+8 and ct9+10 top structure surface, body distributional results of the bore field;(2) Main reservoir sand body, thickness of interbed and reservoir parameters surface, body distributional results of the bore field;(3) Main target layer reservoir's favorable zone evaluation and prediction of oil of the bore field; Research shows that high resolution cross-well seismic imaging and property parameter achievement, it has a good indicative function distinguish capability for the small cross-well strata structure and the fracturing belt distribution beside well and reservoir and the interlayer distribution. It could make full use of well in seismic result and bore field drilling geology and logging data, conducting geological modeling without 2D or 3D ground seismic data, so it can obtain more rich and accurate "data volume" results, which has a clear guide significance for actual development scheme design.
