In recent years, the information technology has rapidly developed, and promotes to the development progress of the digital earth and the digital city. In addition, many China's universities have also entered the rapid development stage of the digital campus. The campus electronic map navigation system is a very important part of the digital campus, so it is positive that the research of campus electronic map navigation system promoting to the development of the digital campus.Along with the universality and development of the computer technology and the network technology, as well as the increasing and extensive application of the mobile device as Smartphone and handheld computer so on, with the continuously perfect function and technology of the geographic information system, the realization of geographic information system has constantly advanced and the application platform has unceasingly diversified. For the traditional GIS, the component GIS is an innovation on the technology, according to the standard component platform, overcoming the shortcomings of the poor development platform compatibility and the single secondary development environment. With more visualization interface and the unified standard interface, it provides a new way for the development of GIS application system. Mobile GIS technology for the development of the application system based on mobile devices, it provides better services of the mobile geographic information for people. This thesis carries on an analytical research to the theorem of the electronic map and the technology of the component MapX. Combining the problem of the shortest-path, this thesis carried on a research and analysis according to the diagram theory of the path programming, and make a compare choice between various classic shortest-path algorithms, aim at the shortage of original Dijkstra calculate way, carried on an improvement from the graph storage structure and the actual demand of the electronic map navigation system function. Apply MapInfo as the component technique and the shortest-path algorithm, carry on a concrete design and realization on the electronic map navigation system software. The research and the realization process reflect the development characteristics of the component mobile geographic information system.
