In the formalism system there is only one kind of negation. In 1980s, the Medium Logic System distinguishes contradictory and opposite negation and admits the medium state between opposite objects. It is established by Wujia Zhu and Xi'an Xiao and does well in describing the medium state which is partly yes and partly no. As we know, the description and processing of the negative information is as important as the positive information in knowledge representation, therefore, positive, negative as well as medium information are in the same position in fuzzy knowledge representation.As a theoretical foundation of this paper, chapter 1 and chapter 2 describe the medium logic system and its application field. Firstly, chapter 1 brifly introduces current situation of the research on fuzzy knowledge and negative information both at home and abroad. And then, the development of medium logic system and its interpretation of grammar and semantic theory are introduced. Secondly, chapter 2 leads the FSCOM set theory proposed by professor Zhenghua Pan into discussion. FSCOM, as its name says, distinguishes the contradictory negation, the opposite negation and the medium negation of knowledge on the conceptual level. On the basis of the theory above, this paper mainly discusses the problem how to apply the medium logic theory into the representation and the application of fuzzy knowledge processing, for example, the fuzzy knowledge representation in information field especially in RDF and fuzzy cluster analysis.Chapter three mainly deals with the application of medium logic in the information area. Due to the foundation of information field is the representation and processing of knowledge, so how to deal with the contradictory knowledge is both an essential and obscue issue, especially, it's more difficult to judge the contradictoriness of fuzzy knowledge and precise knowledge, and the classic logic as well as the logic with only one negation can no longer meet the demand of the representation and processing of uncertain information. RDF is a kind of framework to describe various web resources and information, which takes advantage of the meta-data standards to describe all web resources so as to enable humanbeing as well as computers read it. What's more, computer is able to process those files automatically. However, there is also a disadvantage with RDF, which could express only one negation. Therefore it becomes necessary to introduce the medium logic system to expand RDF into ERDF with multilable negation. In this chapter, there are also several examples to prove the efficiency and effectiveness in dealing with the uncertain knowledge.The primary and principle discussion in chapter four is the fuzzy cluster analysis in the application field of fuzzy knowledge. The essential idea of the traditional fuzzy cluster analysis is to numberical the membership of every object on each intruction, for example, the degree of membership is [0,1], which has already breakthrough the marginal of'white or black', however, the disadvantage of the analysis is that there may be one or various standards in the boundary of fuzzy knowledge in reality, at this time, the degree that one object doesn't have a feature also expresses its value in fuzzy cluster analysis. Therefore, this paper uses the measure of medium truth scale as the foundation of distance function, at the same time, empowers the degree of membership and non-membership separately 0.5 as its weight as the final quantize standard which take full use of positive and nagetive information. It's well known that the financial data in the public limited company is the basic resource for an investor to make choice, so there is an urgent need to make no standard fuzzy cluster analysis before further data process and investment. This thesis makes further analysis based on the data in the fanatical statements of various commercial banks.To sum up, this thesis makes a conclusion about all those achievements. The advantage of Medium logic is becoming more and more obvious in the repersentation and processing of fuzzy knowledge. Also, its application could manifest the diverse semanteme in knowledge as well as the function of all the information in knowledge, which plays an important role in the comprehensive process of information. With the development of FSCOM advocated by Professor Zhenghua Pan, it will inevitably play an enormous role in various areas.
