Since the 90s of last century, the Internet as the representatives of the information technology is developing very fast, while promote effectively the human society into the New Network age. The universality of network promotes lots of scholars both domestic and abroad academic to carry out researches in complex network . The research of complex system, complex network modeling and complex network dynamics has become an important research challenge topic in the Internet era.In this paper we study a class of geographic network such as electricity networks, transport networks and the Internet, and explore the network model and its topological properties. This paper is divided into the five chapters. The first chapter is the foreword introduced the complex networks'research present situation as well as this topic research academic value and the practical significance. The second chapter is about the complex networks of some basic knowledge. The third chapter is the core of the thesis. On the basis of an analysis about generation method and topological characteristics for Lattice Embedded Scale-Free network (LESF) and Weighted Lattice Embedded Scale-Free (WLESF), a new model with the weight of geographical network based on LESF and WLESF is put forward. One of outstanding characteristics of our model is that the probability of connection weight of degree and connection weight of geographic distance has been introduced. We found that this model change smoothly from the lattice scale-free model to the lattice exponential model with two probability parameters through the numerical simulation. Then we study the topological property and percolation of the model, which will certainly give reference to robustness of the reality geographical networks and building. The fourth chapter we have discussed the dynamic behavior of complex networks, such as percolation, network robustness and transmission on the network. Then we set up a new model based on the extending SIS model and WS network, and simulation spread of H1N1 influenza by changing the related parameters, which will certainly give reference to study laws of infectious diseases. And finally the fifth chapter is the sum-up about the essay.
