Based On Fracture Displacement - The Length Of SA-south Block Fault Properties Relationship

Normal fault is major tectonic in extensional setting .The formation and evolution of petroliferous basin are controlled by main boundary fault. Growth and development process of main boundary fault and secondary fault influence tectonic framework and sedimentation of extension zones. They also determine process of migration accumulation reservoir forming of hydrocarbon and enrichment position . Therefore , the relationship between sectional analysis and fault sealing & migration of fault and fluid is one of the core elements of petroliferous basin analysis. Through the research of fracture displacement relations and genetic model, it can be used for judging simple single extension faults, connection growth faults and interacting faults, also can be used for analysing the connection growth process of fault. One of the important content of fault analysis is fault growth mechanism and fault growth process research. We find out that the primary means is to push its anti-genetic mechanism through the relationship between fault displacement and length. Therefore , the relationship between fault displacement and length is the basis and premise of fault analysis. In addition, it corresponds with the minimum displacement of magnitude of fault planed surface. It distributes some structures such as intrabasinal upland, transitive slope, abolished fault, cross fold at the hanging and bottom wall of fault, which is the evidence of fault contact. It has significant role to study the evolution history of fault and basin . Analyses the regional of S-s tectonic causes and faults development characteristics. Understanding the different property development characteristics of fault, Through the comparison of the fault material determine their properties, For oilfield development and provide more powerful tapping the tectonic geology basis.
