Shearing Interference as a typical phase recovery techniques, it's easy to operate, but in the existing reconstruction algorithms and information integrity, there is still a deeply flawed.So much more accurate requirements were made on the measurement with the de-velopment of science. Because the wave-front reconstruction algorithm is accurate and fast reconstruction of the key, and is further research the Shearing wave-front reconstruc-tion algorithm, improve the reconstruction accuracy is of great significance. Shearing in-terference by studying the existing methods and found that the sampling value of the shear wave front phase function of the difference in a single scale. But there is need a small amount cut if you want to get the effect desired precision. It's pity that this will re-duce the shear interferogram sensitivity. Taking into account the multi-scale decomposi-tion of wavelet analysis features, it can be used in high-scale spatial characteristics of wavelet transform data compression to achieve a small cut near the amount of shear. In view of this, this paper carried out one wave-front reconstruction algorithm based on wavelet analysis model. And this algorithm was used on the one-dimensional and two-dimensional shearing interferometry wavefront phase reconstruction. The same time, we can take the nature of the wavelet basis were much better by the lifting wavelet transform, and according to the wavefront measurement accuracy to determine the scope and scale of choice for the wavelet decomposition wavelet. This paper carried out the adaptive selection of wavelet basis shearing interferometer phase reconstruction method.Simulation to verify the feasibility of the algorithm based on wavelet analysis. The results show that wavelet transform is possible applied to optical measurement of in-terference phase detection require high-precision reconstruction of the area. In the lift-ing scheme, the simulation results show that through the lifting scheme optimized wavelets to improve the accuracy than the original wavelet's effects. So thatthere have a certain value to improve the wavelet transform phase reconstruction accuracy.
