Earth tide is the elastic-plastic deformation of the earth caused by the tide force of sun,moon and other objects. Tidal observation is an important method of classical geodesy, and it can reflect the physical phenomenon inner the earth. With the development of the space technology and the global geodynamics project, tidal observation has a great prospect.However, the transfer function of the tidal observation instruments is not as complete as the function of seismic observation instruments, so we have great difficulty in studying and researching the data of tidal. In the long-term tidal and seismic observation by HUST station, we found out that there are a lot of signals, whose frequency is between the signal of tide and earthquake, but these signals shouldn't be observed because they should be filtered. We don't know the transfer functions of the tidal observation instruments, so we can't study and research these signals deeply. We just call them"Abnormal Tremor Waves".Recently, I have derived the transfer functions of DZW gravimeter and VS-1 tiltmeter, and discussed the experiment of the verification to the transfer function. And with the transfer function we've researched the"Abnormal Tremor Waves"and found out that they are caused by the weak-damp of the instruments and the aliasing of the sampling. Then I've study the functions of the tidal and seismic observation instrument, got the characteristic,differences and similarities of them. That's useful to study tremor waves in the future.
