Linguistic multiple attribute decision making is an important part of modern decision making theory. In the process of decision making on account of the complexity and uncertainty of decision-making environment, it is very convenient and reasonable for decision makers to express their opinion with linguistic phrase. In recent years the multiple attribute decision making problem is growing concern of scholars home and abroad, and becoming a hot research topic in the field of multi-attribute decision making.In the environment of granularity, this paper improved the transformation formula based on the situation which triangular fuzzy numbers denote the semantic of linguistic phrases. With the ratio of the area intersection of different granularity linguistic phrase membership function and the area of target linguistic phrase membership function as a new transformation formula. The new multi-granularity linguistic phrase unified approach overcome not only the existing disadvantages of one-way conversion but also the limit of granularity, and this makes the unified method of multiple granularity linguistic phrase more reasonable.2-tuples representation model effectively reduces the distortion and loss of decision-making information in the build-up process. It is known from the principle of TOPSIS that the optimal weight should make the smallest distance between program's comprehensive attribute value and the ideal solution, and the biggest distance between program's comprehensive attribute value and the negative ideal solution. Using 2-tuples based on TOPSIS principle establishing a linear programming model about attribute weight, by solving the model gets the optimal weight vector.In actual decision-making process, most decision-making can not complete in one step, and get the final decision results by continuous interaction analysis of decision makers and analysts about decision-making information. Under the concept of achievement degree established an optimization model about decision makers and analysts. This approach not only full use of objective information, but also maximizes the subjective request of decision-makers.In group decision making, the final decision result should satisfy the majority experts, although a small number of experts have different opinions, they still support the final result. In another word, any group decision making should as soon as possible to reach consensus. But in actual decision-making process, it is difficult that expert's decision-making information to achieve completely consistency with group decision-making information, under this premise given the concept of acceptable consistency, and proposes a multi-attribute group decision method based on acceptable consistency which enrich the linguistic multiple attribute decision theory and method.Based on these theory, this thesis give some examples to demonstrate and verify the proposed method in reality.
