This paper analyze the characteristics of several inversion methods ( Deconvolution seismic inversion, Model-based inversion, Geostatistical inversion) and its key technology. Using 3D seismic data, well data, drilling data and geological data, which come from BeiErXi district of Daqing placanticline, to compare the results of each inversion methods, and finally find the best methods for reservoir prediction. In this article we preprocessing well data and seismic data and interpretation three target layers S21, S29 and S31. Using the slicing technology, 3D visualization and coherence technology implement micro-faults and micro-range structure distribution characteristics. On this basis, we use InverTracePlus and StatMod methods from Jason software. By comparing the actual application we find that P-impedance cannot distinct sand and shale, but LLD and LLS can separate it well, InverTracePlus have good correlation with seismic data and its results stability, but the lower resolution of its results can not distinguish the thin layers, StatMod introduce geological statistics information, consider reservoir parameter spatial structural and randomness, take full advantage of the lateral continuity of seismic data and the vertical resolution of well data. Thus the results not only improve resolution, but also consistent with geological characteristic. Finally we using P- impedance co-simulation porosity and permeability, These are helpful to the further exploitation of the residual oil.
