The Huo-Ma-Tu structural belt lies in the second row of structures in piedmont thrust-fold belts in Junggar basin, which have became the research focus and frontier field of Central-western China's exploration activity. Huoerguosi, Manasi and Tugulu anticlines belong to the same structural zone, but they are very different in oil and gas accumulation quantity. Based on the former research results, in this paper, typical reservoirs have been studied according to the geological, geophysical and geochemical data. The oil and gas origin, the accululation and controlling factors have been summarized.Oil and source rock correlation demonstrated that hydrocarbon maily origined from the Cretaceous souce rocks, and gas generated from Lower-Middle Jurassic coal-measure souce rocks. In this paper, the hydrocarbon accumulation pross will be analyzed, based on the analysis of structural evolution history, etc. It is considered that, the Late Cenozoic structural intense deformation play an important role in the formation of the Huo-Ma-Tu structural belt, the evolution history and oil and gas filling time matched very well, the fault is the main transportation system in this area, oil and gas from the deep strata episodic migrate to its main reservoir rock-Ziniquzi formation of Paleogene under the regional cap rock-Anjihaihe group by fault.Based on core observation, core sampling and microsection of reservoir of the Huo-Ma-Tu structural belt, through the rock thin section analyzation by petrography analysis, fluorescence analysis and temperature-salinity analysis of fluid inclusion, it can beconcluded that there are two stages of organic inclusions in the Eogene reservoir of the Huo-Ma-Tu structural belt, one is comprised of low matured oil, with yellow-green fluorescence, the other is comprised of high mature oil, with strong blue fluorescence. The stuy of infilling history of oil and gas is built applying the burial history, thermal history and the homogenization temperature and pressure analysis of fluid inclusion, we can know that:The first oil accumulation happened during 14-10Ma, the inclusions are liquid hydrocarbon inclusions at room temperature and pressure. The second gas accumulation happened during 3-2. 5Ma, the inclusions are Gaseous hydrocarbon inclusions at high temperature and low pressture. Based on the above research, distribution regular of oil and its influential factor are systematic analysis, the structural reversal, sedimentary facies, gas invation and the conservation has great affected the hydrocarbon accumulation and distribution. At last, wedge form-lamination-fault and reservoir combination dominate the pool-forming model is established.
