In the present paper, we give the definition of nilpotent of symplecticalgebras. And in progress of this paper, we discuss the relationship ofradical and nil radical of a symplectic algebra and it's Lie triple system. Inaddition, the relative equation of two radical of a symplectic algebra isgiven.
