Functional material modified Solid-Supported Bilayer Membrane (s-BLM) has the great potential of being biosensor and molecular device. However, the functional material is the key in making the s-BLM system into practice. In this paper, C60 derivatives modified s-BLM systems were studied by electrochemical measurement and compared with the C60-modified s-BLM systems. We also studied the Raman Spectroscopy of C60 derivatives. For the first time, C60 derivatives as functional materials embedded into the s-BLM system in this paper. And we found that the detection sensitivity to I of this system was higher than that of C60-modefied s-BLM system. The electrical properties of s-BLM were studied by A.C.Impedance technique. The results show that A.C.Impedance technique is exactly a simple and effective method in studying the electrical properties of s-BLM. The Raman Spectra of C60 derivatives were studied in order to provide some structural basis for the mechanism study of derivatives in the s-BLM system. The stability of C60 under laser irradiation was also studied. The results are the solid fullerenes was decompose into graphite and amorphous, while the light-induced polymerization of C60 has been observed.
