The present dissertation offers a brief illustration of the developments of RBN/DGPS at home and abroad as well as the composition of China's RBN/DGPS. Numerous surveys and statistical analysis have been made of psudorange correction (A R) psudorange correction variation rate ( A R) and its residual error of the reference station of RBN/DGPS as well as position residual error of the reference station. Also conducted is the comparative analysis of the error of the fixed point location RBN/DGPS and GPS and the fixed point location of the reference station's signal of the Luyu and Zhenghai Cape. The rule existing between the static and dynamic fixed location error of the customer and its distance from the reference station is revealed, whose inner relationship is made known by the establishment of a mathematics model, using mathematics regression analysis. On the basis of precision analysis, three methods are suggested to improve the precision of RNB/DGPS. (1) A tentative suggestion is made concerning partial area network and wide area network of RBN/DGPS in China. (2) The mathematics model is closely studied of residual correction of the dynamic fixed average position and static fixed position of longitude and latitude of the RBN/DGPS customer. (3) By the programmed imitation, the predictive processing method of the Kalmanfilter of the customer based on the A R and A R will reduce their error. The research project contributes a lot towards the development of RBN/DGPS at home.
