Image rectification and registration is a necessary step of Multi-resource Geo-information processing. The paper presents several aspects in the research of remote sensing rectification and registration according to different circumstances.Towards the faults of slow speed, low precision and high manpower in the control points of manual selection. A mixed algorithm on auto-selection registration control points is proposed, which is based on image intensity and feature.Towards the faults of hard selection , low precision location in the control point selection based on DRG and DTG. A way is introduced on the selection by way of patch of control point.With the circumstance of local deformation in image, a region deformation model with creating TIN, which uses control points , is introduced.
