The Research And Design Of Idss Based On Rough Set Under GIS Environment

This article firstly introduces the main conception and corresponding theory of Rough Set, introduces the GIS develop enviroment ,the historyof GIS and its situation now and future, It also discusses and investigates the principle, architecture, construction and research situation of IDSS (Intelligent Decision Support System) , put forward the architecture of intelligent decision integration enviroment and correlative integration method. It gives scheme of some key technique using ARC/INFO .In some projects charged by our lab such as National 863 Project-"Crop Planting Management Components based on Weather Analyse", Anhui Provincial 95 Key Project -"Agricultural Meteorology Disaster Evaluation System base on GIS in Anhui Province " and the project "Small Coal Mine Security Management and Decision System based on GIS in Anhui Province ", this paper combines the theory andarithmetic of Rough Set with GIS and Data Mining in IDSS, investiges the application of Rough Set theory to precision analysis of attribute data and logical operation in GIS, analyzes the logical operation based on Rough Set(Logical union, logical intersection, logical complement, mixed logical operation etc.), so that it can give a methodyto research the GIS attribute data and the uncertainty of attribute data after superposition operator,so as to express the roughness and illegibility Of attribute data more accurately. This paper encircles the examples of system development to introduce the incremental arithmetic of educing knowledge. In inducement study, when new data added, this arithmetic can get knowledge about the new data only by modifying original knowledge and it is no need to make original knowledge again. Then the article states the relationship between Rough Set and Data Mining, it also discusses the corresponding Rough Set arithmetic applied in Data Mining . At last , this paper introduces 2 IDSSes based on Rough Set under GIS environment.
